I think the problem is it is kinda messy and people possibly cant break off their works and stuff every day.

Alot of the Europe regulars aren't about today, alot of them come on during their dinner hour which is normally about now.

I think they want to come online when its more active. Sparkely for example, said she will come back later and then user her power hour. So there is more point and such.
