Have you seen Rozen Maiden's anime? I think The Rose of Versailles is also manga, right?

Apparently, they didn't think Americans would be interested. It's from the 70's and manga wasn't very popular here in America.

It sounds similar to Inuyashi. She falls into a well and is transported into another place.

It is in many ways. Except that Yui and Miaka can't go back to the real world whenever they want.
