@ Deja, I think so. I have a fair bit of responsiblity and I take a fair bit of heat from my boss and customers and such. But it's okay..jobs are pretty limited where I am. Unrelated-kinda, but we had this new guy start today..and well he quit on his first day. Said "it just wasn't for him"..weird.
