Cookie: Do any normal clothes go over the goldness? I thought the clothes went gold too, somehow.

Cookie: Well before, when I first started Gaia, many moons ago, I couldn't understand sites like these, the forum thing confused me and I didn't see the fun. They I slowly figured it out, and well, here I am.

Cotton: Me too. When I was on gaia ages ago I never realised that the forums were the main part of it. I just went on the 'world' all the time. I thought I wouldn't be accepted in any of the complex forums.

No, I don't think that would be possible. They'd have to make a gold version of every item ^w^
But I just haven't seen anyone wearing the CI with clothes over the top yet~~

@Luna - To be honest, I don't remember. I haven't worn clothes with it in so long XD *checks*

@Cotton - If you know Gaia, your'e halfway to getting to know us. We work very similarly. Our rules are more strict and there's plenty of differences, but we both boil down to a forum with awesome avies :D

Luna: Yay, I'm not alone. I mean I got like Chatterbox and stuff like that, then slowly found my way into the roleplaying threads, and went from there, now I am all over. Since I finally understood it, I figured I can progress onto a site like this.

Sakura: I think I only ever chat in the Wallflower threads on Mene. I rarely find anywhere else I want to hang out and talk.

Cotton: I'd think that this is a much easier site to get to know and feel like you 'fit in'. I've found that everyone, I mean everyone on this site is kind to you and doesn't judge you on your gold or avatar.

Ale: Yeah, you get more proffession items (gears, flowers, spanners) than you would without Power Hour.

@Cotton - Well, we have no double posting rules, but we have a new system whereby double posts just get combined into new posts, so it's not a problem like it used to be. No spamming though. No using silly flobs in posts like on Gaia. We notably, do not have a Chatterbox and our General Discussion contains actual discussion XD

On the Gaia vs Mene thing; i like that people don't judge you here based on your avatar. THat's a rare thing on Gaia.
The rules here are more strict in that things like double posting and bumping aren't allowed (with certain exceptions, I think). But the rules are there to make sure the site doesn't end up a massive spamfest like the chatterbox on gaia XD
Which, don't get me wrong, can be funny. But 1000+ threads about girls sitting on boys' laps gets a wee bit annoying.
