Yeep lost music. I keep all of my music on my ipod, with a program that allows me to pull it off if I need it. My laptop is temperamental, so I don't trust it to watch my music.

It wasn't my laptop. It was a PC. A nice PC. Somehow it suddenly died and 2000+ songs were lost, including those of my CD's I lost and/or are now damaged :|
