my Job pretty much waited until the last day of the work week to tell me that I wasn't getting paid for the 40+ hours that I've worked this week because my physical expired.

A physical is pretty much a peice of paper that your doctor signs saying that you are healthy and disease free xD
You have to get one done be4 you enter college. Since my job involves patient contact you need to have one too. But like, it's their job to let me know when its going to expire and they didn't do that. But on the one hand, they can get away with not paying me because you are not supposed to be able to work as a home health aide if you dont have up to date physical infor submitted . |
