I shade when I color my drawings because I think it gives the drawing more life. That is just my opinion though.

I write as well! As a matter of fact I have some samples of my work on my deviant art as far as some of my fan writing goes. I'm working on a book as well, but I will not post even a sample of the book until it is finished.

I love writing~ I'm only good at drawing the left side of what I draw. The right side always ends up too pointed there, too curved here... But, once I get it right, the coloring's easy.
