post and click on "shed" and "mission" ^^ you will get items that way :'D

When we win missions or you can turn in seeds at the hanger. You also use seeds to get the event Items.

Yep, and you get more out of it during power hour, so I would suggest you activate it (or at an opportune time for you.)
