I do that too on occasion. I usually try to stock up on as many commons as I can since I may re-use them more than once. Sometimes, though, I tend to sell off one or two items at a time that I know I won't use again.

And I do need fat on my body.
But my Dad accidentally bought fat free cream cheese, and I didn't realize until I bit into my awesome bagel, and it was unawesome.

I'm mad, I only just saw that we can get the tools from building with seeds and I just traded all my seeds for credits :(

Some people are just way too concerned with losing weight. I remember this yogurt commercial that advertised a yogurt that was only 80 calories and still, supposedly, tasted good. I was just all like, "...yeah sure, and how much did you pay them to look so happy while eating that?" As if 100 calorie snacks isn't good enough. Exercise is the key to being fit and healthy, not eating fat free foods. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone in here, just so you know, I'm just ranting in general. xD

See, they should really find a way to inform us of such changes :p

well i didnt lose weight from fat free food i lost it from a addiction to playing warcraft i was so into raiding and stuff yes im a nerd but i never got to finish eating dinner because my guild wouldnt let me basicly stop and eat for a bit so when my time went out on both my account i said im done with wow until i get back to being healthy and stay healthy and at a good weight for at least 5 months
