I think that is the shovels and other tools. I got the other two items while donations were down

Emma, you cannot donate flowers gears and spanners to eachother. However if you have enough seeds you can go to the sprocket hq on the footer and select build.

Emma, we cannot get profession sets because the donation system is down. However, in HQ, click on the Build link, and you will see the regular EIs that have been released. You can build those with seeds.
So far two of those have been released, and two more will be released - one of which is tonight.

Elvilla: I know, before the NPCs started, it was pretty random. I think part of the reason they started doing this was to let us use gears and flowers since donations are down, but I don't know if they realized it'd draw out the competitive side of everyone. xD

Emma: No, you get EIs via the HQ. It's still up, go and get you the first two if you want! :3 Donation system just stopped us from getting the spanner/engineer/gardener items. :<

Ei's are of two classes. The professional ones which are recieved via donations and the others are got from the Build function in HQ

Even before the donation system went down, it was super glitched. I only donated enough to get the Sprocket version of the spanner, and I ended up with ten. o_O
