Skull--I save them up for mass-attacks, and for power-hours.

Because you get twice the amount of seeds when you use them during power hour. seems like I'm saying that a lot.

Another thing that this plan involves:
Power Hour resets at noon and midnight (Central time), just as missions and the shed reset on the 15-minute marks.

Using the reset point allows us all to enact this counterattack while on Power Hour.
