Fire trucks are red because they have 4 wheels and 8 people ride on them.
4+8=12
There are 12 inches in a ruler.

Fish have fins and people in Finland are called fins.
Russia and the Fin had a war a while ago.
Russia's color is red.
Lastly, Fire trucks are always "Russian" around.

Red sounds like an awesome colour to me. It's my avi's default colour, apparently. XD
