Amy Adams is the cute ginger from Enchanted. She also sings in that movie. She was in Leap Year too, which just recently came out.
|
Speaking of that, if anyone wants to make me a list of 10 random songs that I absolutely have to hear, that'd be awesome.
|
Ooh. I'll do that. Also: just started my Power Hour so I'll be posting a LOT more. I apologize in advance. ;p
.. that apology is not extended to the trolls. |
Haha ditto, power hour activated. Posts away!
|
Harley: That's why she looked familiar in the Leap Year commercials! Loved her in Enchanted, I have to say. :>
Seridano: What kind of music do you listen to, usually? *might dig around* |
No, I did not try. xD
What happened was...I began following him on various networking sites. Shamefully including Myspace and Facebook (I used falsified information there and everyone knows it). Eventually I got up the courage to say things. (Shocker!) Then, once in a while, he actually began to acknowledge me, and reply, which was...most interesting. Though it was not the first time he had acknowledged and replied to me. There was one time that he replied to me in the concert shouting, and at the same concert he noticed that I had fallen and been hurt...and proceeded to mention it in an interview afterward. Rather embarrassing. |
If you do listen to the song If I Didn't Care by Amy Adams and Lee Pace, listen to the recorded one featured on the soundtrack CD, not just a scene from the movie. It just sounds better.
The second song on that list actually has a fun video to go along with it [and you have to watch said fun video] it's called Le Café by Oldelaf. It's in French so search for one with subtitles. |
My typing is very slow tonight. It seems my hands are growing tired.
|
Omgomgomgomgomg. Initiate a romantic tryst !
F'KING DO IT I can tell he's a great lover. |
Just about anything really. I have a pretty eclectic taste in music.
And oki will do Harley. And that's spiffy. Didn't realize it was actually him on Facebook. Figured it was just a promotional type thing. |
@steffox- Hey. I would rp with you again tonight but I can't.
@Seridano- Alright. Here I go. 1. Listen to your heart 2. My heart will go on. 3. Make your own kind of music. 4. Anything of lily allen. (Recommend Fuck you) 5. Land Down Under. 6. We didn't start the fire- Billy Joel 7. Everly Brothers- All I have to do is dream 8. Seasons in the Sun- Terry Jacks (this song done by anyone else sucks) 9. Campfire Song Son 10. Winds of change- The scorpions. |
La la la. Looking up other songs..
|
haha I've got most of that on my ipod, but will listen to the few I don't have.
|
@Seridano- Were you talking about my music? If so, you rock.
|
I'm trying to suggest ones I don't expect you'll know.
Song number three is Heart and Soul by Gary Go. |
Yes, indeed Elvilla. I was.
And harley the coffee song is not only catchy by amusing. <3 Love how he's batshit insane by the end. |
Song number four will have to be Downtown by Petula Clarke. The song which became intimately known to me from the movie Girl, Interrupted, with Winona Ryder and Angelina Jolie.
And lol, yeah, it's a great song and video. I can watch it a million times and still laugh and crave a coffee by the end. |
He does man his own social networking sites.
He is an internet addict to rival the best of us. Elvilla: I have heard about half of those songs, though I do not have them on my computer. |
WOOT! Downtown! I love that song.
|
Girl, Interrupted is a pretty good movie. I haven't seen it in years.
Heart and Soul song = excellent. |
Back. :)
Girl, Interrupted is excellent...and the book is even better. |
@amani- Thats the magic of youtube
|
Downtown always cheers me up when I listen to it.
|
Pat Benatar is one of my favorite singers. Its funny. One time at lunch, my friends and I broke into song singing downtown.
|
Hm, perhaps I should put that on my summer reading list, I'd like to reread all of the Traveling Pants books though. Yes, I know, how pathetic of me, but reading them reminds me of my adolescence and I sort of crave that. I'm getting old ! [oh no]
Song number.. five [I'm an ass hole for putting them in separate posts, but I'm just sifting through my iTunes, I'll post them all at once when I reach ten] The Beat that my Heart Skipped by Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip. Make sure to YouTube it and click the music video and not a live one. |
