"Suffer not a furry to live" sounds like something the fa/tg/uys say all the time and pedobear is just a general -chan meme, I think it started in 2chan but the 4channers have taken it and run and you can find him on any of the -chans.

2chan was the first one, it's a Japanese site so for most English speakers it's rather difficult to use. There was supposed to be an American 2chan but then Moot made 4chan and it became what it is today. 7chan is where you go when you've been banned from 4chan, don't go there it's foul. There's another one that's even worse but I can't remember what it is and I don't want to. Smaller, less active image boards like wakachan pop up mostly to monopolize on the popularity of image boards now and most of them can be found through overchan.
