lol, I could never take a sparkly vampire seriously or be frightened by him

Lunna Dea 05-28-2010 08:57 AM

which is way I would find a way to kill him.

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 08:58 AM

I dunno it just such a romantic "fuzzy cute" type thing and besides it was supposed to be a way to destroy something EVIL by making explode a sizzle in the sunlight unless it like buried itself,
could you imagine real vampires without that weakness so great what's left stake through the heart ? that's something easy to come by

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:00 AM

So what's everyone up to?

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 09:00 AM

Posting for power hour >.< I'm in a pretty good mood only one major project for school and a three day weekend

oh out of curiosity what team are you on?

behead it and keep the head from the body. did you know they used to burie those that they thought were vampires turned for the direction that normal people were buried, also they used to cut the heads off and put them at their feet with a large rock in their mouth.

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:02 AM

Birdie: This mule is on Gasket, my main is on Sprocket (I wanted to try out both, I have a big fascination for steampunk :O) and that doesn't sound to bad, I am home, taking notes for my final exams >_>

Lunna Dea 05-28-2010 09:03 AM

steampunk comes in more then brown

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:04 AM

Gypsea: I know, but I wanted a teamcolored outfit :)

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 09:04 AM

OH your a gasket sabtour that's about to go into power hour?
Will you tell me when you start throwing spanners? PLEASE?

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:07 AM

Birdie: Yeah the items are just great, I think I'll get as many credits as possible, and the go shop amock on both my mule and main the last day of the event xD *Giggles*

And I would love to go into power hour, but I am not sure it will let me *Scratches head* It's acting weird, I might try and refresh it....

Gypsea: Really? :o

every one else that I have ever really run acrossed that did BROWN steampunk their answer usually was along the lines of "but that is what they had in the victorian times" well here is news for them. Victorians KNEW about and LOVE using BRIGHT dyes.

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 09:09 AM

Goodnight kit kat >.< ... again!

Has it been nine hours? that's the only reason mine hasn't worked but event has been really glitchy
lol I've done that math for how many seeds I'll need for the EI's anything that goes over that number is pretty much immediately spent on commons

Gypsea Rose : lol I know how you feel I get tired of irl brown/black only steampunk and yeah I'm doing interior design and a trademark of anything victorian is heavily detailed and richly colored, dyes were expensive but anyone WITH any kind of money had lots of bright dyes to show of there wealth

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:12 AM

Gypsea: haha really? That is a pretty stupid reason yeah, if you were rich enough, damnit you'd show it of by wearing colors, it was only poor people who only wore brown and black because they couldn't afford anything else... I mean they already dyed their clothes in the medieval times...

Birdie: Hehe, nice... I just think I'll wait, since I am not a super chatter, so I never know if I have enough for the EIs >_>

Lunna Dea 05-28-2010 09:13 AM

it was the middle of the victorian times that indago blue was found and used in crop rotation. so it became quite cheep quite quickly.... that is why we have "Blue collar works"

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 09:14 AM

The sets are super cheep didn't you see? only 51 BUT it is a good idea to wait so you can get all the expensive stuff, I keep blowing mine to credits at a time >.<

lol seems we all know a bit about history >.<

Lunna Dea 05-28-2010 09:15 AM

when I make steam punk outfits I am looking for colors that have become "dusty" as if they were made form something bigger that was cut down after many washings. the only time I use the bright colors is when my persona calls for it.

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:16 AM

Birdie: Yeah, you're probably right about that... :) And aww... I have that problem with real money >_>

Gypsea: Oh yeah, the blue collared workers... I keep forgetting those, we don't use that term, you see, in my country (Plus most people here doesn't even know steampunk exist, I haven't even seen any in our capitol... only cyber goths, and I am getting tired of cyber goths.... and scene girls, and emo brats... Dx)

SinfulGaze 05-28-2010 09:17 AM

-yawns-

Bound Birdie 05-28-2010 09:18 AM

eeeh I love the super bright violets and greens OH or like a lavander with black those are really nice contrasts
There's a old Victorian mansion here and one of the rooms is AMAZING bright green and black demask with leaded windows and these beautiful period oil portraiture

well I guess I 'd rather have it here. I would have it with real money but all of it goes to bills T.T

good morning!

where do you live that you have not been hit with the Steampunks yet? I am so sorry for you. what is a scene girl?

Rainbow Pocky 05-28-2010 09:20 AM

Gypsea: Denmark =_=; stupid little country located right over Germany, and scene girl is the older... and even more annoying version of emo (You know those girls with the big fluffy hair that they dye in crazy ways)
