Damn this really warm weather and me taking my afternoon nap. T_T

I'm making chicken fried steak tonight with mashed potatoes and pan gravy. Oh, and side salad. :XD The meat is resting for about ten minutes, then I can go actually finish battering and frying it.

I should be back on in about... mm... 40 minutes or so?

The mashed potatoes were oddly sweet tonight. No idea why either.

Oh man, the other day, my mom cut up a sweet potato and fried it like chips. Sooooo good.

I've only developed a real taste for sweet potatoes in the last year or so.

Sweet potato tempura ftw.
