This is true. I believe Mr. Mayor loves the attention too much. It's why I prefer trying to talk to Abel. He doesn't seem to want the attention.

When it comes to NPCs I'm just trying to meet them all. So far I've met, Yummeh, Mr. Mayor, Abel, Victoria, and goth girl from Blackjack who's name I can't remember at the moment.

He has a back story but I think you are best asking him to talk about it himself. He might not like people talking about his past like that.

I've met Afrodonkey, Abel, Mr. Mayor, Vicky, and Yumeh.

Is there proof he has a back story? The only things I know are rumors, and fan speculation.
And of course I've tried asking him, but he's not to keen on talking about it.

I'm not sure. And I don't know who he's talked to the most.
