I know our printing ability was limited to our account. You had to have enrollment in certain classes to get permission to print that 500 per semester in the chemistry computer lab, specifically. Don't use it, gone. xD I was always annoyed that I would go over because there's a cover page with your account name that took up part of the limit.

Kat Dakuu 06-01-2010 08:40 AM

strange...I don't understand how they can place limits like that on you. then again, I go to a private school. we don't have anything of the sort.

Sarasvati 06-01-2010 08:44 AM

Even when I went to a private school, there was a page print limit (500 again, I think). Usually you have to print under your school log-in, so they track it that way.

Kat Dakuu 06-01-2010 08:45 AM

hmmm.....we don't use a log in to print. maybe I'm just missing something. its not like I used more that 20 pages this year. I have been known to be oblivious.

Sarasvati 06-01-2010 08:50 AM

At the schools I went to, you had to log in with your user id and password to use any of the public computers. My main university had it where you had to log-in to a print system to print, and tracked your printed pages that way. At the private uni, I think they just kept tabs via what you did when logged in somehow. Does that make any sense?

I'm going to head off now, though. Gotta get some sleep since it's almost 4. x_x

Kat Dakuu 06-01-2010 08:52 AM

yeah, that does make sense. I know I had to log in on public computers. I wonder how they can track just through that...

wow, it is nearly 4. bye. I should go too.

ToriKat 06-01-2010 08:53 AM

Have a good night you two. ^^

nekomorty 06-01-2010 08:55 AM

TK! *throws a cookie at you*

ToriKat 06-01-2010 08:56 AM

*hurls self at it* <3

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:03 AM

Waffle cookies huh? I'm still thinking about those. What else does he sell?

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:05 AM

*laughs* I would seriously love to take you shopping around here...so much easier than trying to describe them!

Ummm, there's this rice crispy looking one with chocolate on it, ginger cookies, one that has some seaweed flavoring on it, and I know I got some sweet potato cookies. *digs through my bag to see what else I got*

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:08 AM

Seaweed flavor? O_O That's different. Now, I wouldn't mind going shopping at Morning Glory.

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:14 AM

I'm trying to find pictures. :< No luck though. Not sure what to google to make them come up. ^^;;

You'll love Hot Tracks too. That's where I get other stationary, stickers, diaries, bank books, etc.

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:24 AM

Are these stores inside a mall or something?

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:26 AM

There's an underground mall I like to go to in downtown Daegu. Above ground, there's more stores. I only frequent a few places...over and over and over. xD

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:29 AM

Now how long does it take for you to get to Daegu from where you live?

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:30 AM

About fifteen minutes by the train. xD

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:30 AM

Oh wow! That's not bad at all!

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:33 AM

It's about $2 one way. xD

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:34 AM

That is definitely not bad at all. So what are some of your favorite shops there besides the ones you mentioned?

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:38 AM

I always go to Kyobo, the bookstore, every month. I even have a card from them. xD I should have gotten one from Hot Tracks since I buy so much stuff from them. @[email protected];;

Um, then there's Naughty Kitty for earrings and hair accessories.

And Paris Baguette, the bakery. 8D

I've been to Nature Republic and The Face Shop a couple of times. They have make up, lotions, and so on.

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:47 AM

Lol I really like the names of these stores you go too! They sound so cool! I can't wait till I get the opportunity to go out there.

ToriKat 06-01-2010 09:50 AM

Shopping can be fun, but I try not to go too often. It'll take away the magic and make all these places boring!

There's little shops that sell anime phone straps. I really wish I could find a place that had wallscrolls, posters, pencil boards, artbooks...stuff like that. But they don't have them here. :<

I did get a Cloud phone strap yesterday. Don't have a phone, but I had to have him. Had to. 8D

nekomorty 06-01-2010 09:55 AM

Awww! Cloud! XD I can't remember when I played any Final Fantasy games. Actually, I haven't played any games at all in the past few months. x_x Since the rental store is gone, I refuse to buy any games since they're so darn expensive.

ToriKat 06-01-2010 10:00 AM

I only buy used games...well, I take that back. When I got my DS, I needed something to play, so I did pick up a few games. And I definitely got myself Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for my birthday. *laughs* It hurt to spend so much on a game!

I sadly haven't played it much. Mainly on long trips to Seoul I played a bit...Whenever I go home, I'll probably get back into Kingdom hearts and Grand Theft Auto. 8D
