I like caramel to a certain extent. These days, I can't seem to take things too sweet. Gives me a headache, and a stomachache is it's early in the morning. xD

I like melted butter, though, after the bread's been toasted. And cheese. Cheese is very good. |

I use mayo when it's eggsalad, tuna, and depending on the meat. Melted butter and cheese are excellent choices though. :drool: |
I'm personally not a fan of egg sammiches. Don't really fancy the taste and texture of the yolk much. ; )
Tuna, though. That one I do use mayo in, with minced onions and black pepper. |
Egg is my favorite. Mother use to feed me so much tuna, that I'm starting to dislike. Grandma too. I don't want tuna! Want Egg!

If you like it a little sweet, one small yellow onion (or half, if you have those huge ones instead), chop em up fine. Mash up your tuna first, then add black pepper, add mayo, mix well. I like it better with not so much mayo, just enough to coat so that the tuna texture is not obvious. I add in the onions last and mix. Then I toast the bread with a slice of cheese on one slice. When it's half toasted, I add the tuna (and tomatoes if you like em), press them together and toast another 2 mins or so. I use an oven toaster, though. :)
What actually really put me of egg sandwiches is the smell you get when you open the tupperware after storing them in there for a few hours. >.>; |
