I ache all over. My mom rubbed my back a little last night with some of the warming back rub stuff. It was wonderful. Still was sore when I woke up, though, and after working out a bit today, and then moving a ton of crap in and out of the garage, my body is just exhausted. And my poor feet are all bumped and bruised.

Oh man, that sounds like an exhausting day! You poor thing!
Take a nice warm bath with some Epsom salt. That should help.

Ah, I haven't used anything in baths in a long time. I always forget about them.
I will for sure be taking a shower, though. All dirty and sweating. Yuck.

I always have to shower before I bathe anyway. But, I definitely recommend an epsom salt bath. They're sooo good for sore muscles.

Yeah, I do, too. No point in getting into a bath when you're dirty, because then you just lay there in the dirty water. Yucky.

I may hold that off until tomorrow, the bath. Because I am a bit sleepy, and I'd hate to fall asleep in the tub when i'm home alone.

Yeaaah, that wouldn't be such a good plan.
