@Hatake: Eh, the flipping isn't such a bad thing. Things don't really change all that much. It already changes some at the core; magnetic fields aren't as scary as one thinks. Now the evil space things, as you call them (Sun Wind, mostly) are evil, true, but even during the flip, the magnetic field doesn't disappear and that should be enough to keep them away. What happens during the flip is that instead of two poles, the Earth has a lot of poles that are just so messy and all over; but they still provide a protection. It's like, instead of one big umbrella, we would have like 5 separate ones.
@Suona: Well, I've never been to Cali so I can't decide from so far away but the weather especially sounds awesome and just the way I like it. <3 @Hatake: I love the warm weather and my boyfriend despises it. He wants to move to the North pole - I wish her were kidding. Even during winter he takes off his shirt and hangs around the window so he can "cool off." |
I live in Maryland, USA, and we are north and south state. It's so hot where I live in the summer, and can be prettier cold in the weather.
I like my area's fall weather though, but time of the year here for me. |
@ Lejic - lol Well, the TV's and the commercials and crap for it tend to overexaggerate. They show the stuff that is the best, rather than the rest of everything. Haha. The North is far more beautiful than the South, though, albeit colder. Redwoods are in northern cali, and they're just outstanding a beautiful.

Whew.
Though I believe we still have QUITE a few years till they flip, sounds good. I somewhat fell asleep during a movie that explained most of this stuff. > ___ >;; it was dark... and we just finished a killer test. xD ...WOAH. During the winter I curl up in nice, cozy blankets. Sometimes go out to breath in the great air. But I like to be in control of the warmth. EEE,REDWOODS. Giant, magnificent trees. |
8D;; Have you seen redwoods before, Hatake?
They're so amazing. Huge, huge trees and so pretty and the forests smell so amazing. Mmm |
@Rei: Istanbul, where I live, basically lives all four seasons at their fullest. Really cold during winter and really hot during summer, etc.
@Suona: Oh, I don't see any commercials but I suppose I have seen movies and stuffs, but most of my information comes from friends. A few friends online who I talked to on vent while we played online, and one who moved from Cali to Istanbul for two years. ;D @Hatake: *hughug* Well, don't be scared, I'll save you from the evil flip. u_u |

I've "seen" them in pictures.
xD But they are MAGNIFICENT. Thank the lord they are protected... right? YEY, Min, MAH HERO~!!! I'll just be building bomb shelters and stuff for teh gullibles. ;D |
Yeah, they have this new commericial on TV that is promoting Cali. Its kind of rediculous. lol Its all beaches and spas and crap. Haha
I love it here, so I can't say much. lol We have just about everything when it comes to scenaries. Mountains, desserts, valleys, oceans, lakes, the redwoods. All sorts of stuff, and most of it isn't that far of a drive away. Its really nice. |
@Rei: Spring is warm but not too hot, and Fall is rainy but we don't get snow or too cold days.
@Hatake: Hahaha, it'd be hilarious to try to "hide" from a magnetic flip underground. XD;; |
Oh but i thought it was suppose to be rainy in spring..XD
I would hate rainy falls. |
@Rei: I suppose we get SOME rain during the spring, but it's what they call a "summer rain" -- short and warm. Spring is when flowers bloom and everywhere is green and the weather is good.
Usually, anyway. >_>; |
For us, Spring is medium weather with rain frequently and a bit of wind, summer is hot and dry, fall is like spring, but colder and windier and instead of things growing, everything starts dieing, and winter is just cold, windy, and wet. lol

Min: Obviously you can hide from electrons and non visible light and magnetic fields in metal boxes.
:talk2hand: Just like wiping down a banana bathed in radioactive isotopes can protect you from ingesting those dart radioactive things. Unless the government lied way back when. |
@Suona: Yay for all-around "warm" weather!
@Rei: That sounds cool! |
Meh, I don't like rain that much, I want sweet and short bits of rain.
|
lol Oh hush!
Our summers are rediculous. Uugh. Its gotten 116 F in my town before. |
@Rei: I love the rain actually, but I just hate the cold so much!
@Suona: Yeah, I used to live in South Turkey for 3 to 4 months of the year before, and its weather is like Cali; very, very hot during the summer. But the thing is; I will always always pick too hot against cold. :P Cold = bad. |

I guess too much of anything is bothersome. xD
Edit: I'll afk for a tiny bit more, mom's calling. |
xD Rain is awesome til you're standing in it.
|
Oh I just realized we are on page 15, should some one post a flower now?
Rain is great till your standing in it with school books |
@Dystopia: Haha, I guess. XD And hai there!
@Rei: Books and rain just don't mix. It's so annoying when they get -- they are NEVER the same. It makes me sad! |
Exactly, school work and rain don't mix either.
