Ok. Yeah I used to have a standing job for a while. I think it's amazing how tired you get standing up so long and I think cashiers and other such jobs should allow people to sit down.

There's this one store here that cashiers can sit if they want. I don't see why it's a bad idea to allow us to sit

-nods- We have one grocery store that has seats but with all the rest you have to stand up. Which sucks majorly.

i had that kind of job too once. i quit cuz it was driving me nuts...and moving away too.
they should allow to sit. standing for hours is bad for the legs. =0 |
Yeah, it is rather... Whats worse though is working in a cafe for 20 hours a week... my mum had to work like that for a while. Killed her feet and she was so grumpy when she got home it was impossible to talk to her... >.>
Also, the people there weren't very nice.. always finding something wrong with what she did... |
Yea apparently I'm pretty grumpy when I get home but that's just because I deal with customers who refuse to read

haha, yeah... My sister worked at a supermarket for 4 years I think, and she came home with stories of the most idiotic people....

o.o I know! Reading is one of my passions. I can't go through the month without having a book to read... I feel sad if I haven't, and rush to the library or pillage one of the books I have at home...

Yes I have quite a collection of books for me to read. I was always made fun of in school for reading all summer lol
