Kisha couldn't help it, she snorted. Then she covered it up with a cough. "Sorry, something caught in my throat. Can anybody see anything?" She asked as her eyes gazed at the pretty room. This was one of her favorites in the mansion, though she rarely visited it. Her memories...were not fond of this place. She looked at the two in front of her. "Doesn't seem to be booby trapped."

Damien shot her a look, though he was also amused by the choice of words he had. It was the farthest from the truth, but the girl didn't need to know that. He looked around and stepped into the room more. "Not really. We need more light, least we ha--Gah." he muttered, quickly stepping back as a knife embedded itself to the wall opposite of where he would have been. "So, it is booby trapped. Maybe that was the only one though." he said, chuckling and looking around before stepping across the room, seeing a window across them. It was curtained with a small slit of light. "Think we can open it?" he asked.

Jake walked down the hallway grumbling to himself "why? why was me who had to be split up?" he asked himself and he looked around "im dead for sure, but im not going down without a fight" he grumbled when he heard a click "wha?" he heard arrows get shot and he dived but still got hit by one to the shoulder "dam" he growled and he got back up and decided it would be better to leave it in

Laurette looked around the room, the small bit of light making her eyes look yellow in the darkness. She couldn't really see much, so she only stood in place and gazed at the ceiling. "I wouldn't doubt that it's booby trapped," she said, looking at the small bit of light, "Or else it would easily be a way out."

"umm okay cool well thanks but im pretty sure there's no way out ive been looking for one and i just find myself back were i satarted" harry said not realising he hadnt coverd up his irish accent

"Irish. Huh," Aysel said to herself. She turned her gaze back up to Harry. "Welcome. But some how we got in here, which means there was an entrance, which means there's an exit," she said, turning on her heel. She glanced back up at him and beckoned him to follow her, her crimson hair swishing as she turned her head.
Mason squeezed her hand reassuringly and offered her an affectionate smile. He knew it was rough on her, it was definitely rough on him, and he wanted to make sure she survived. He didn't care what that meant for him. "There has to be an exit... somewhere," he said and sighed, leading them into the right hall way. He could never bring himself to watch most of the games; he had only watched them when he found out he would be a contestant. The begging and pleading of the previous contenders made him fearful for his live as well as the others', and it made him insanely angry at the creators of the games. He never understood why people had to die for the media's entertainment. "My family is... different. We're an average class family. I have a younger sister, who I'd..." he trailed off, his throat choking up. He cleared it and gave her a cool glance to play it off. "Who I'd die and kill for, but my parents are a different story. My mom's sick and we don't have enough money to pay for the necessary treatments, so my father spends it on drinking," he said, keeping his stare ahead. Damien tilted his head, knowing very well that it would be booby trapped, or somehow locked in a way they couldn't get it open. "Hm... So, what to do.." he said, tapping a finger to his chin in thought. "Damn. Why can't we get some sort of thing that can smash it?" he asked.

"Oh..I'm so sorry." She said, giving him a sad glance." I had a younger brother named Joshua but he died trying to interfear with the games. You may have seen the footage last year of a fourteen year old trying to break into the horror house and then being shot down.." She said, wincing a little." My mother is very loving and so is her fiance, but my father..I could watch him burn." She said, looking at the ground.

Kisha looked at Damien, mocking eyebrow raised. "Why don't you just smash against it? Your so big, and strong and manly." She grinned, sarcasim dripping from her voice. "Course, it's likely booby trapped, so you better be careful."

He scowled somewhat, giving her a look. "I don't know.. You're pretty big yourself, We could use you as a human spear and smash you against it." he said, rolling his eyes, opening the curtains to let more light in the room. Luckily, it wasn't activating anything. "You're the only one who hasn't run into a booby trap. Why don't you go ahead?" he asked, smirking slyly.

Kisha raised an eyebrow." And what happened to macho man?" Then her eyes narrowed. "You just called me fat, didn't you?"

He smirked. "When did I ever say you were fat?" he asked, crossing his arms over his chest in question. He did roll his eyes. "I am not a stupid man." he pointed out.

"Oh, please, you implied it. And I cannot agree with that last statement. You can be quite stupid." She crossed her arms over her chest, mimicking him.

He raised an eyebrow at that, "I did not imply that you were fat. Merely that you're thick headed." he retorted. At her next words he almost glared at her, but maintained his cool. "In the few hours you've known me, you know this?" he asked, almost shooting her a warning look not to give anything up. "If I were stupid, I would have died in the first hour of this stupid game." he said, not being able to say he would have died. Since he did in fact die. Unfairly at that. Though the girl might not know that.

Kisha stuck her tongue out at him, not at all acting her age. She knew full well what she was doing. Plus it was fun poking fun at him. "I can just tell. There are give a-ways that guys can have to being rather stupid, maybe not in the normal sense. And I do not have a thick head." She clunked a knuckle on it. "See, pretty thin." She smiles a little.

Damien sighed, rubbing a hand over his face, slightly annoyed. He was very hungry now, and they were two against one girl. But, they were supposed to save her for last. He kept that in mind before smirking. "Ah? I don't know, sounds very thick to me." he said, smirking a little wider. "And oh yeah? Is that the same way to know how to get taller? Cause, hon, it's not working." he said, raising an eyebrow.

Kisha glared at him. Her Romanian accent was thick now. "I don't need to be taller, I'm happy at the size I am, stupid. Of course, you probably would have known that, if you weren't stupid. But like I said, you can be stupid. Now, what are you going to do about that window?" She was hungry.

He laughed a little darkly, though quickly made it change into a more, acceptable one. He'd gotten her mad. That was obvious when she spoke in a heavier accent. "Oh wow. Very intelligent of you to use the same word three times." he said, mocking her. "That just proves your smarter than me, and that you know how to identify stupid people." he said rolling his eyes again. "The window? I'm not doing anything. You can do it." he said before he grinned. "And that's what all short people say." he said, not being able to help it.

Oh, how she wanted to float up to him and stretch herself so she was as tall as him. But that would be giving herself away and that just wouldn't do. Instead, her eyes flashed in the dark. "There is nothing wrong with using the same word when emphasizing something. Especially if your talking to somebody stupid. You have to explain yourself. And I am not that short, Damien. Just compared to you."

"So you were doing it for yourself?" he asked, smirking. It was fun to get her ticked off. And it was rather hard to keep him ticked off. Thus why he was just now amused by her trying to get to him. "Ah, but you're even shorter than some of the girls I know. And they're about average height. I'm just 6'3" you know." he said, offering her a taunting smile. "So, you're like a tiny little mite." he stated.

"You can be a dick sometimes, you know that? Bloody macho men and their insensitivity towards women. And 6'3 is tall, I'll have you know. And I'm 5' 7", which is a pretty average tall for a woman, especially in my country." Gawd, I hate him right now, she thought. He really is stupid too.

Damien smirked, shrugging. "Possibly. And actually, if you ever met my father, he was a lot taller than me. almost seven feet tall, so I'm about average for my family." he said chuckling. It was a pain. But he was thankful he wasn't as tall as him otherwise.. It would have hurt walking into doorways. He knew he was being a bit cruel, but he always had to remind himself he wasn't here to always be nice. His past self, from before the games was way gone. "It's not my fault you're too sensitive."

"Too sensitive, are you kidding me? I'm merely pointing out facts, Damien. Trust me, I am not that sensitive compared to many others I know, guys included." She looked at him. "Your family was tall huh? I bet they miss you. Do you think they know your gone yet?" She was trying to keep up pretenses but she knew already anyway.

He frowned. "Maybe. If they were alive." he said, shrugging. "My parents were killed, my sister.. She would have been the only one to actually miss me. Well, she is the only one." he answered, sighing a little. While she did know that half his family was dead, she didn't know that they were dead before he got in the game. He looked around, frowning. "So, we gonna stand here doing nothing, or go and kill other player?" he asked.

Kishas eyes flicked to the other girl and back. She raised eyebrows, though her eyes said she would love to go kill the kid. "Why would we want to do that?"
