Claire smiled,"Tell me if you change your mind.' She looked down at Alice,"Alice...do you know where it is?" Claire they can't hear me...and no I am sorry...sort of... Claire looked up,"I'm sorry I don't...do you want a warm or cold rag for any of your pains?"

Kiara looked at the girl. "Some ice or an ice pack if you have one would be great, I think. Though if anyone else wants one, you should give it to them. I'm banged up royally, so it won't do me that much good, I guess." She wanted to growl, and scowl at the fact that she got so hurt. She was usually spunky, at least that's how she'd heard it described and she hated that she was so weak. |
Primrose walked in, looking at Kiara."I told you to go to bed. Thats it, Archeron, Katie, out. Everyone in here is resting or leaving the room to go exploring. Isaac, keep kiara company." She said bluntly, leaving the room. "Isaac if your mouth could be any wider at my sister I could put a cat in your mouth.." She said, going down the hall.
Katie got up and looked down at Archeron."Need some help?" She asked, putting out an arm for him to take. |
Claire smiled,"Okay I'll get some ice for you." She sat Alice on a chair,"Stay here, Alice, I want you to keep these people company, okay?" Okay...I guess... Claire smiled,"Thank you!" She walked out to the kitchen, to the freezer, and got ice. She walked out and got a bag for the ice, tied the bag, and walked back to the others,"Here...if you don't want it tah's okay but it will help, believe me. If it's more of a stiff or harder pain you may want a warm rag for they sooth it more..." She gave her the bag and picked up Alice,"The chicken will be done in five minutes."

Acheron almost frowned, looking at Kiara before looking at the doll. It wouldn't really be much company. "Well.. Alright then." he said, looking back at Katie, taking her arm to help lift himself up. "At least we can look around. We'll check up on you soon if you want, Kiara.Jorden and Issac are here with you if anything happens." he said, offering her a small smile.

Katie frowned a little."Just get some rest okay Kiara? I'm worried you got a concusion or something.." She said, leading him out of the room. "This house is amazing..just creepy." She said, leading him down the hall to the first door. he opened it, seeing it led to a green house. "Woah, look how bad it is outside, its starting to flood." She said, leading him over to the window, seeing a strike of lightning in the distance, she jumped a little at the noise.

Kiara growled. "I don't like it when people I don't know try to tell me what to do. And I already tried to sleep. It didn't work." She was about to thank Clarie but she left so she instead looked at Acheron. "Only if you want to. Thanks Ache." She layed full out on the couch that Katie and Acheron just vacated. "Have fun exploring, you two."

Acheron nodded, looking around the house. "It's, eerie." he said, to say the least. He looked out of the window, blinking. "Damn.. I guess we Have to stay the night now." he said, sighing somewhat. He chuckled as she jumped before grinning. "What's wrong? Scared?" he teased. Remembering what the two girls had said about the west wing, he smirked slyly. "Wanna go to the west wing?" he asked.

She realized she was close to Archerons chest and backed up."Pssh..I'm not afraid of a little lightning..." She said, jumping back close to his chest at the next flash. She blushed."Okay, maybe a little." She grinned, staring at him with a smirk."Of course I want to go to the west wing. I'm surprised you hadn't asked sooner." She said, going back into the hallway and helping Archeron into the hall. There was the east grand stair case, and then the west. She started to walk but the west, staying close to him and then when she came into the hallway at the top she looked aorund."This isn't bad.." She said, looking at all the Parsons family paintings on the walls. They all looked so grim. But then..she noticed that on the pictures the faces were marked out with a bloody X. She started at Archeron."What do you think that means?" She questioned, her eyes widened a little.

He chuckled, patting her on the head as he backed up from her, since he didn't want her touching his chest. It still hurt a lot. "Knew it. Scaredy Kat" he muttered before he glanced around as they walked to the wing. The thing that did catch his attention though were the paintings. They looked really old as well. He peered at one of the painting with the X's and he tilted his head, reaching out to touch the mark, to see if it was still fresh or not. It didn't seem like it though. At Katie's question, he snapped out of it, glancing back at her. "Hm? Ah, maybe they're dead or something." he answered. It seemed logical. Since the other reason, kicked out of the house didn't seem so good. If that was the case though.. It would explain why the two girls were alone. "Or maybe they were 'banished'" he added.

"I am not a scaredy cat!..and I notice you said Kat. since you emphasized cat. Archie." She smirked, going down the hall, helping him along. She peeked threw the first door, seeing that it looked normal. She went inside."Well..you don't think its a bit odd that its marked out in what looks like blood?"She questioned, opening what she thought was a closet, only to reveal a door that opened into a wall."Strange.." She said, seeing the wall said kill on it."They have a odd taste in decor." She grinned.

Claire went to Primrose,"The chicken is done! Let's round up our guests!" She was holding Alice. You know...they might get curious... Claire looked at Alice,"Curious? Curious of what, Alice?" She looked up at Primrose, a bit worried. She looked out the window at the drop dead gorgeous lightning.

He rolled his eyes, looking at the wall before knocking on it to see if it was solid. "Of course I noticed. But, we can't assume it's blood. Maybe it's just a way to warn robbers or something." he said, since he didn't want to suspect anything so soon. But they had definitely lied about the place having been renovated. It looked solid and nothing really dangerous. He did have to wonder where the parents were. The girls were far too young to live alone.

Katie heard the girls say that chicken was done." Come on, lets go!" She said,already going towards the door." I know we can't assume things but this place is giving me the creeps. I am definetly not staying in a room by myself." She said, heading back down the stairs quickly."Hurry..In here.." She said, running into a painting room and pulling him in." Why do you think they don't want us in the west wing? It looks fine..just a little creepy."
Primrose went around the house."Dinner! Everyone to the dining room." She said, going into the dining room and sitting by Claire."This looks delicious!" |
Claire sat Alice in a chair next to her and sat next to her sister,"I hope it does! I've been practicing my cooking skills!" It'll be delicious. Claire smiled,"Thank you, Alice." She looked at the silverware,"Very organized, Primrose, as usual!" She smiled brightly.

Kiara, with Jordan and Issacs help, managed to get up off the couch and over to the dining room. She sat down, with the two on one side of her. She smiled at the girls a little. "This looks delicious. Thank you for putting up with us."

Claire smiled,"Don't talk so poorly of yourselves. You all are wonderful people." She smiled and sipped her drink. Alice just stared.

Kiara smiled at the girl. "I wasn't talking poorly of me and my friends. I was mostly talking about the fact that we're all injured and your putting us up for the night. And thank you for the compliment."

Claire blushed,"Oh I'm sorry!" She sipped her drink some more and stared at Alice.

Kiara giggled a little. "Don't worry about it. Things like that happen all the time. Do you guys live here by yourselves?"

Claire's eyes widened,"Oh um our par-par-par-parents are on their second hon-hon-honeymoon to Hawaii." She smiled a little then looked at Alice.

Kiara paused for a moment as she considered the girls stutter. It was strange that she was doing that all of sudden when she hadn't before. She wondered if the girl was lying to her. But she kept her face was showing any of that. Instead she just nodded. "That's lucky of them then. My parents can barely get away from work and still have a family at home, that they can't even dream of doing that yet."

Primrose stared at her, clearing her throat a little." Well, our parents saved since they wanted a second honeymoon.."

Kiara smiled at Primrose. "That would make sense. My parents just don't have the time. I have three younger siblings, so, times not really there for them."
