Broken Reflection
This is between TheDesireMistress and Sezumie [me!] There is not plot yet, so we're making this up as we go.

Naoi stood in front of the cashier with his new mirror in his arms. His new mansion didn't have any furniture so far, so he needed to buy some. When he spotted the mirror, he was so mesmerized by it's design that he just had to buy it. Other people looked at him with distaste and mumbled something about a curse. Naoi, being one who didn't believe in such stories, ignored them and bought it. Now he was in his carriage that would take him to his new home. It was very big and spacious, much to his liking. Though it may scare him a bit at night. He walked in with his new mirror and placed it in his room. Now his house was complete, but, looking around, he realized that there were many rooms in his house, he could invite some friends to sleep over. Alas, Naoi had no friends, so he looked around, and couldn't help but feel lonely.

Cacilie was in the mirrors reflection.She was a ghost though she had been in here for about 200 years.Maybe more.No one could really see her if they didn't believe her.Cacilie was tricked by a demon and trapped into the mirror when she had accidently fallen in love with the demon.She had been tricked when she was about 16.
Once the mirrior was set down Cacilie believed that if someone were to see her it would only be at night.I wish someone for once would be able to see me. Once the sun set then someone would be able to see her. Or at Least that is what Cacilie assumed. |
As the sun set, Naoi changed into his pajamas, he went into the mirror to look at himself, only to fall backwards,"Eh!?" He rubbed his eyes and stared at the mirror again, only to find his reflection staring back himself. Huh, I though I saw something.... He thought, but he shrugged to himself and went to bed. His mind refused to stop thinking about the thing he saw in the mirror. It could've been a ghost, Impossible, ghosts didn't exist. They were a figment of people imaginations. He sighed,"I'm just going crazy now aren't I?" Naoi murmured to himself, slowly falling asleep.

When Calcilie saw Naoi she could've sworn he saw her."Hello..?"She asked looking at the boy.Her skin was pale,her hair was as white as snow....maybe whiter."You can see my can't you?"She asked.She had both her hands on the other side of the mirror.She looked scared,pained,and sad.The other side of the mirror...was terrifying.It was pitch black.Not a hint of light.The other side of the mirror had a sad sorry to its world.But not anyone knew the whole story of it.Mostly it was rumors."I go by the name Cacilie."

Naoi's eyes flew open, he was certain now that he was hearing voices. The voices were coming from the mirror as well! He walked over to the mirror and fell over again, this time he saw a pale-looking girl staring back at him. Her mouth was moving, but all he heard was Cacilie,"Erm, Nice to meet you Cacilie?" He said unsure if this person was real or not. Though one thing's for sure, he was scared out of his mind! "I'm N-Naoi..."

Cacilie showed a small smile."Its a pleasure to meet you Naoi.You probably don't even think this is real and ghosts don't exist right?"She asked tilting her head."I was trapped here 200 years ago by my own lover."Cacilie said in a pained and sadful tone."im sorry if i scared you.Mostly when people see this mirror they don't see me at all.Your the first person pretty much to have been able to see me."

"I see....." Naoi said thoughtfully. He was intrigued by the fact that this ghost was trapped in a mirror,"Do you have any idea how you can get out? Perhaps breaking the mirror could help?" I've gone mad. He thought bitterly as he looked at Cacilie, he noticed that she was a bit pale, were all ghosts like that? He sighed, but now his wish came true, he had company. Though it wasn't the kind of company he expected.
"Hey, if you were trapped by the demon, and you escape, he'll probably come back after you to seal you away again....." Naoi said. |
