"In human years though Kana dear." Alvaro laughed, "Don't fret about it, age isn't very important now is it? It is, afterall, just a number." He heard Aysel's low whistle and smiled softly, "I take it you are impressed then Aysel?"

Aaron looked at the ground, not sure if he should tell her his hobbies, so he only said one,"I like to cook, though I can't really taste it much." He gave her another half-grin,"I like making foods that look and taste nice, it's just too bad I can't share it with anyone...." Sighing, he leaned on the wall next to her running a hand through his black and red hair.

Blaine walked through the hall with a sense of urgency until he stopped at a door at the far end of the corridor. He pushed the door open with his foot and turned back smiling at Koi, "I've always wanted to do that. Never really had the right excuse to do so." The room was rather large and cluttered with a huge assortment of books, mainly medical. Navigating carefully so as not to cause an avalanche from the tower of textbooks, he brought her to his bed and asked her to have a seat. Blaine went to his desk, taking a notebook, a pencil, a tongue depressor, a stethoscope and one of the flashlights for an ear examination. He did the usual exam for a check-up, which he remained silent for, but then he broke the silence after opening his notebook. "So I can't find anything to really be wrong. Do you have a headache or something? And please don't lie to me, I want to help you with whatever's ailing you." His eyes were solemn, but they held a genuine gaze of care.

Kana smiled and nodded a little. "Yes...I suppose so." she said quietly. "So...um...where are you two going?" she asked, looking at Alvaro and Aysel. "Just taking a stroll around the castle?" she asked smiling a bit. "It is quite beautiful." she added.

"Yeah," Aysel said in response to Alvaro's question. She wasn't really focusing on what they were saying as she took in the room. She averted her gaze back to Kana, letting herself draw back to attention. She nodded in agreement. "It really is," she said and smiled. Her dimple popped up on the left side of her mouth, and her eyes were alight with fascination.

"I actually do not know. But a stroll sounds nice, I can show you two the gardens if you would like?" Alvaro asked, he wasn't sure if Lucus would like to go or not, and he kept looking at him too...Was Lucus...jealous? Alvaro guessed it made sense, Lucus had probably brought Kana here to be alone afterall...

Kana nodded and looked at Lucus, then Aysel. "How about Lucus and Aysel get to know eachother and then we can meet up here in a while?" she asked. "Just as suggestion, or we could all go to the garden if you'd like." she added. Her eyes shifted to Lucus and her smile faded as she saw his glare toward Alvaro, he seemed quite angry at him.

Koi followed, then watched what he was doing before a smirk came over her face at what he said. Apparently, now he had the right excuse to do so. Koi entered the room and swore she entered her paradise. This room... was huge... and filled with medical things. He seemed to be the resident vampire doctor! Although, half way through, she realized that this was his room. Blinking, she sat on his bed and continued to look around as she allowed him to examine her, not really able to tell him. "I-...." she sighed heavily, wondering how to go about this without him thinking she was absolutely, positivly, one hundered percent insane. "I have Multiple Personality Disorder. I left my medication when I was kidnapped and now... its wearing off and all of them are awakening..." she tried to explain without sounding too to insane, she hoped. And she hoped she got it through good enough. "I-I'm not crazy!" she almost pleaded to him.

Aysel looked back at the group. She stared at Lucus for a second, wondering if he jealous, angry, or both. "Either way is fine by me," she said and shrugged. She took her gaze off of Lucus, not wanting it to seem like she was staring. She turned her gaze back to Alvaro and Kana, and gave them a small smile. Her mind drifted off for a second, thinking about the home and all of the vampires. She shook off her thoughts.

"Yeah I think I'm the only girl whos uber excited about that! I mean how much of the legends and the things in books is mythogy and how much is fact?" She asked him softly her eyes twinkling happily.
Lucus scowled at that shifting a bit as his eyes bore into Alvaro angrily. He felt a growl rising but quickly surpressed it. "If you want to I suppose..." Lucus managed finally looked upest. |
Marcius's eyes shone brightly as he stared at her. "Well. For starters, we appear in pictures. We still burn in the sun light. And the only efficient way to kill one of us to detach the head from the body," Marcius said to her, some of the rumors about vampires floating from through his mind.

"What about holy water and garlic?" She asked. She was athiestic so she never went to church other than to look at St. Peter's it was gourgeous. She also didn't care much for italian food. Cassady watched him closely happily.

Alvaro observed his brother coolly, so it was jealousy. If the other boy decided to attack...well Alvaro couldn't promise anything for what Albel would do, even if they were related. "Kana, love, do you still wish to go then?" Alvaro had seen his brother's upset expression right after his hate-filled one, Kana might have changed her mind...

Marcius glanced at her again, smiling charmingly. "Holy water, yes. That's a true fact. Garlic... no. Anything silver, pure silver, burns us as well." He replied, shrugging. "I'm surprised your so... open minded, so to say, about this," Mason admitted to her, raising an eyebrow as he looked at her.

Lucus wanted to punch him. Oh god did he want to he could feel his fangs growing. But he couldn't. He couldn't risk scaring Kana and setting Abel loose.
Cassady blushed darkly, "Well before Vampires it was werewolves and before them Dragons and before that mermaids.....I tried drowning myself once...Jumped off one of the ferries going towards the Statue of Liberty and just started swimming wanted to go to Atlantis...." She looked down, "The things of fantasy just always seemed more real to me..." |
Kana's eyes shifted over to Lucus who was standing there pathetically, looking upset. She ran over and hugged him, kissing his cheek gently, a friendly kiss. "I'll be right back, I promise." she said, smiling a bit. She waved, then walked out of the beautiful library and into the corridor.

Lucus relax a bit nodding but still sent Alvaro a pleading look. He couldn't possible gather the courage to go for another girl he wasn't his brothers. He sighed rubbing his temples. Of all the competition why did it have to be Alvaro.

Aysel waved to Kana and Alvora as Kana walked off. She turned to Lucus, feeling a bit awkward. "You know, you didn't have to let him do this," she said, trying to make him feel a bit better. "But if you're worried, I won't try anything that could get you in trouble with Kara," she added, a bit playfully this time.
Marcius laughed. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be laughing, but I can't help," Marcius apologized inbetween laughter. He took a deep breath to calm himself. "That's OK. When I was first brought up as a vampire, I was convinced I could fly. I'd throw myself off of the tops of buildings. Luckily I can't die," Marcius said, laughing at himself. |
Alvaro smiled at Kana's actions and waited for her to leave the library before leaning in close to Lucus' ear, "I can see you are upset with me, little brother. If it makes you feel any better, I will need someone to lock me in the dungeons later tonight." He leaned back and gave a small wave before turning and walking gracefully out of the library once again, pulling the doors shut behind him. Then he turned his eyes to Kana, "My dear." He offered her his hand.

"It would be my pleasure...." He said in a low growl. Lucus then huffed looking at Aysel, "You only say that because you've never fought him when he was Abel....." He looked down shyly. "Heh heh I did that to once...." Cassady blushed, "I thought I was a pixie when I was four so I jumped.....didn't end well..." She blushed. She did have a good number of suicide attempts. She sighed a bit looking down. |
Taking a bow out of polite respect Seregil announced, "Well lady Sabina I plan to go visit my twin for a while, You're welcome to come join me if you'd like?" It was an open invitation but he didn't wait for her to reply he simply turned around and began walking the halls in search of Marcius. After a bit of searching he found him with a lady friend, and a genuine smile graced Seregil's lips, "Excuse my interruption but I had to come see my twin brother," he announced as he placed a slender hand on his brother's shoulder. "How are you Marcius?" He asked in a soft tone. Seregil was rarely at this castle home because he had a genuine hatred for his father, although he loved his brothers dearly. Then turning to the woman he placed a hand over his heart as he took a deep bow, "Forgive me for my rudeness milady, my name is Seregil. A pleasure to meet you," he proclaimed a soft smile as he rose from his bow.

Cassady popped out of her pensive mode and curtsied in reply, "Nice to meet you too I'm Cassady!" She smiled.

Kana took his hand and continued to walk, but with Alvaro. "Thank you, kind sir." she said, giggling a bit. "So what do you do? For fun?" she asked. She walked close to him, in fear someone would get hungry and pop out at her or something. She felt safe in the castle as long as she had one of the men walking with her. |
