Eric smiled. "Hiya...I'm....Keenan's friend...as you know." he said, laughing a bit.

"So why ate your here Kaya?" He asked.

"ugh mom kicked me out again…" She sighed.

"Again?!" Keenan said sadly.

Eric laughed a little. "I'm sorry...I don't think you look like one who gets kicked out by their mothers. What did you do?" he asked.

"I didn't do anything…she took up drinking again…" Kaya sighed.

"So she said you were a waste of drinking money?" Keenan frowned hugging her when she nodded her head.

Eric's eyes widened. He thought it was sad. "I'm sorry..." he said quietly.

Kaya waved him off. "Shit happens…" She sighed sitting down atvthe table stealig some of Keenan's bacon.

Eric sat on the couch and turned on TV. As he flipped through the channels, he would glance at Kaya every now and then and smile.

Kaya would smile back happily when she caught him. Keenan looked down at his watch. "Shit...Kaya, Eric I have to go...work...I'll see you later....you staying over again?" He asked Eric.

Eric stretched and smiled. "Yes, ma'am." he answered, laughing a bit.

Keenan smirked and left.

Kaya giggled a bit. "He's so funny."

Eric smiled a little. "You have a cute laugh." he said.

Kaya giggled blushing. "Aww thank you!"

Eric laughed a little. "Of course." he said smiling.

"Mmmhmm so why do you stay over so much?" Kaya asked tiltig her head cutely.

Eric shrugged a little. "Up until yesterday Eric and I were best friends." he said, sitting down on the couch.

"Were?" She asked frowning, feeling worried.

Eric's eyes widened. "We...got in a fight?" he suggested, lying through his teeth.

"And your still sleeping over?" She said looking at him with one eyebrow raised.

"My mom couldn't come pick me up." he lied again.

"Oh okay!" She smiled believing it. "Well you to need to kiss and make up! Keenie doesn't have many friends after all..."

"I know he doesn't..." Eric said quietly as he frowned. he sat down on the couch and closed his eyes.

Kaya frowned looking at him, "You okay there buddy?" She said.

Eric smiled and looked up at her. "Yeah." he answered.

She smiled, "Soooo you got a girl or something I doubt a guy like you is single..."
