Joseph smiled and took her hand. HE then drove into the city. "So what do you think of the city?" he asked smiling at her widely. He knew that city well and it was old to him but knowing this was her first time seeing it he knew it was going to be so different then the white se had always seen.

D smiled hearing her. He then went under the covers and smiled at her. "Why did you stop that beautiful giggle?" he asked smiling at her. He stroked her cheek lovingly then kissed her nose.

"Just because I didn't realize how much I loved your scent until I was this close to it..." She blushed. "We've never really had a chance to be this close and... it's nice."

D smiled and kissed her again. "Well I love your scent too." he said and got closer to her. "I like it too. You look so much more beautiful close up." he siad smiling at her and wrapped his arms around her.

Elizabeth stared out hte window in amazment. She then looked at Joseph and smiled, "It is huge and big and amazing." she said and then went back to looking aorund. THis was the first time in her life she had seen a city this big and it scared her but also amazed her.

Joseph smiled loving her reaction. "Well you will love this" he said then drove over a bridge then up a mountain. He parked then got out. HE helped Elizabeth out and walked to the edge and looked out. You could see the sky line of the city along with everything around it. "What do you think?" he asked smiling down at her.

Elizabeth could only stare out at it and then wrapped her arms around him. "it is amazing." she said as she looked up at him and then kissed his cheek gently. This was all amazing to her and she wasn't sure how else to describe it. She smiled more at him and stayed close, "thank you." she said.

Joseph smiled back at her. "You don't need to thank me." he said and kissed her head. He loved her reaction to all of this. It was priceless. He kissed her lovingly. "I am so glad you like it." he said softly.

Elizabeth smiled and stayed close to him, "and I am glad that your the one to take me out here." she said and looked at the town. "maybe one day I can be out here with you and not have to worry about going back to the hosptial." she said softly.

Joseph nodded. "I think that day will come sooner then you think." he siad and kissed her head. He was already planing how after he takes over the hospital completely he was going to release her and have her live with him. Then she would never have to go back to that hospital.

Elizabeth looked up at him and couldnt' believe what he said. "really?" she asked softly. She wanted to be out of there more then anything else. She wanted to be free of that place and never remember any of it.

Joseph nodded. "I was planing to let you out after I take over but I think you need it sooner." he said. "So once we get back I will sign you out for good." he said smiling down at her.

Elizabeth nodded as she looked at him, "sounds like a plan to me." she said and looked at him. She would love to get out but she had a feeling that it wasn't going to be that easy. She had killed two people and she dougted his uncle would let her out like nothing happend.

Joseph smiled and kissed her lovingly. "The only problem is I wont be able to see you as much then. I will still have to work at the hospital and since you don't want to be there you would have to be at the house." he said sadly.

Elizabeth looked up at him, "then don't worry about getting me out. I can survive in there for a little while longer." she said as she smiled. She didn't want to leave if it Ment she wouldn't be able to see him as much.

Joseph smiled and skook his head. "Elizabeth if you want out so bad don't stay because of me. I don't want you to hate where are because you want to be near me." he said and kissed her head. "I can let you go and you could be my assistant. You want that is" he said smiling down at her.

Elizabeth smiled at him, "I would love that." she said and then kissed him gently. She wanted to get out and be with him and this was the easyest way. She then looked up at him, "and I wouldn't mind staying in there since I am close to you." she said and it was true.

"You know I never really got a response from either of my superiors... I wonder if they're going to be upset with me kinda shirking my duties..." She frowned and laid her head on his chest.

Joseph nodded. "well then I will lat you go and then you can be my assistant." he said smiling.

D smiled and wrapped his arms around her and held her close. "Well maybe they think you could use a break. You have been a hard worker. You deserve a break" he said smiling down at her.

"You have no idea... there are so few nurses here that I hardly get any sleep for the amount of overtime they give me.. outside of classwork I mean." Nadya had a horrible thought then... "I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner... what's going to happen if they don't fix you before I have to take my finals??" Her eyes got wide and her breath caught in her chest... she started to hyperventilate. "No.. no... NO! This is all wrong..."

D looked at her shocked. "Nadya calm down everything will be ok." he said not wanting her to go back to what she had been the last time.

Nadya held him close and started taking deeper and deeper breaths, eventually calming herself down enough to think. Was she too worried? Hadn't D been doing this for years and no one had ever seriously been injured... just because she wouldn't be here to stop the inevitable didn't mean it was going to end in disaster. "I'm sorry.. I over-worry sometimes..."

"It's ok. But what were you so worried about?" D asked smiling at her and stroked her cheek gently. He loved everything about her even how she over-worried.

Elizabeth smiled at him, "sounds good to me." she said and then looked at the city. "can sego into town? I want to see everything." she said and it was true. She wanted to see what the city had to offer her and how things have changed.

Joseph chuckled. "Alright. WHere would you like to go in town?" he asked walking back to the car and opening the door for her. He would take her any where in the world she wanted.

"I just don't want anything bad to happen... I'm a little skiddish around violence... if you hadn't noticed the past few years when you'd go into these moods and I'd disappear." She looked sad and slightly forlorn. "I was always angry at myself for not being able to handle it."
