"We'll have to be sure to test it once we have them," Belle replied with a grin. "Because that would just be awesome."
"Yes it would," Andy agreed. She grinned. "Life is good, and the world is just awesome. It's just that kind of day."
Belle laughed. "Indeed it is." She shook her head, still amused. "So after you get Tris we'll stick around this area, since I still need to go over to Pern and I don't know if you want to head somewhere else. And then we can head back over to TV land."
"I had nothing else in mind for the time being," Andy replied. "We can head to Pern when we're done here, and then figure out where to go from there."
"We could always go back to Ephemera," Belle suggested. "I don't know if you want anyone from that territory, but I think having a Teaser would be great. And, you know, kinda stupid."
Andy rolled her eyes.
"You would be terrible with a Teaser," she said. "He's so easy to freak out." |
"I know! It's so great." Belle grinned broadly. "I would have way too much fun."
Andy just rolled her eyes.
"You know what would happen if you get Thomas in the same area as a Sebastian and a Teaser," she said. "I'm not sure I want to be around that." |
"Yeah, but I can shove them all in a room and make them stay in there until they're done getting it out of their system," Belle pointed out. "And it would keep everyone fed and happy without making everyone else a volunteer. See? It could work."
Andy just looked at her.
"...There are no words," she said. "I'm not sure if that's a brilliant idea or some sort of mad scheme." |
"Both," Belle assured her. "Because all the brilliant people are a little insane. Or more than a little."
"If you start quoting the Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland, I may have to hit you," Andy said, grinning a bit.
"Nah, I don't think so," Belle said with a shrug. "I liked that version, but it's still not the original Disney crack version."
"Alan Rickman as Absolem was an amazing casting choice, though," Andy pointed out. "There isn't a better voice for the caterpillar than him."
"That is very true," Belle said with a grin. "Although I loved him as Marvin the Manically Depressed robot."
"Yes," Andy agreed immediately. "He's an amazing voice actor, and he's a great live action actor." She grinned. "You know there are trainers out there who collect Alan Rickmans."
"Along with Johnny Depps, Orlando Blooms, all that fun stuff." Belle shrugged. "It would be interesting to see, but not my cup of tea."
"It would be amusing for a little while, but ultimately annoying," Andy said. "Kind of like the ship'o'Jack Sparrow from the third Pirates."
"Yeah, I know," Belle said. "Thus why I have an eclectic bunch."
"Same," Andy replied.
"It's just so much more fun," Belle said with a big grin.
"If by 'fun' you mean 'insane,'" Andy said, "then yeah, barrels of fun."
"Well yea, insane is more fun," Belle said with a little smirk. "Just because yours aren't as outright insane as mine doesn't mean they're all sane."
"Maybe," Andy said. She didn't consider any of her group insane, but she was also biased.
Belle chuckled and left the subject alone. "Well, I think dinner is just about done, as soon as I cut off the meat." She got out a plate and started to do just that.
