"I bet a lot of trainers would agree with me," Belle said defensively.

"I never said they wouldn't," Andy said. "There are a lot of trainers who would melt into a puddle of fangirl goo if they saw him, even if they had no idea who he was." She shrugged. "I know better. I hear Daemons tend to be more than a little temperamental."

Belle shrugged. "I can be temperamental. That's nothing new. Besides, I don't mind temperamental as long as it's not totally unreasonable and he can be reasoned with. Most of the time."

"Point," Andy conceeded. She shrugged. "I'm good with the ones I have."

Belle grinned and leaned over to whisper, "Yeah, but that way we have more fodder for strip poker nights."

"Oh god," Andy muttered. "That's just... you could make a fortune selling tickets for that."

"Mm-mm." Belle smiled wickedly. "But why share?"

Andy rolled her eyes.

"You're terrible," she said. "Really, you are."

"I know," Belle said with that same, wicked grin. "But you know you love me~!"

Andy just rolled her eyes and didn't comment.

Belle lounged around for a bit longer before she sighed. "We should probably get going again soon. I think I got everyone I wanted here. I think we should wander around and head back to Ephemera in a big loop. Gives me time to read."

"Sounds good to me," Andy replied. She grinned. "At least this time, getting a little turned around in Ephemera won't be such a bad thing."

Belle snorted. "Yeah. Next time. Come on, where would you like to go after this? We've got a couple options, obviously."

Andy just shrugged.

"Maybe the Tamora Pierce territories," she said. "I kind of always wanted a Tris, or a Briar."

"Alrighty. Let's go that way, then." Belle grinned as she stood.

"Does that mean I have to get up?" Thomas asked with a whine.

"Or you can go back to your room."

Andy just rolled her eyes and got up. As much as she adored Black Jewels, a new territory would be welcome.

Thomas retreated, though Eclipse, Dejaal, and Daemon stayed out. Daemon was curious to see how Belle would handle things, mainly him.

"Whenever you're ready, Andy." Belle brushed herself off.

"Did we want to walk, or go by dragon?" Andy asked. She kind of wanted to see how Daemon would handle a dragon ride, but it was up to them.

"Either one is fine with me," Belle said with a shrug. "Dragonback would be faster, if you're in a hurry to get there. Otherwise we can walk."

"I'm not in any rush," Andy replied. "Walking is good with me."

"Alrighty. Off we go, then." Belle grinned and started walking, taking her time and enjoying the mild weather.

Andy grinned and followed her.

"You're in a good mood right now," she commented.

"Well, I have two Black Jeweled Warlord Princes, and I have a wonderful big kitty, and it's not pouring on us. This constitutes a good day for me." Belle grinned.

Daemon frowned when he heard that and looked at Lucivar. "Two?"

"Saetan," Lucivar replied. "I don't even think she's crazy enough to want two of you, trust me."

Daemon snorted and shook his head. "Do we know him?" he asked, referring to Saetan.
