Ok, Cora had to back out. She was doing the Task Game so that means we all need to talk.

Should we try to get someone else to do the Task Game?
Should we just leave it out?
Make the art contest and writing contest seperate again?
If we leave it out what should we do with the gold that was saved for it? Keep gold as prizes? Or should I go buy prizes?

So, Cora was going to run the task game, but she had to back out?

Yes Cora was going to run the game but can't now.

So our options are:
1. Find someone to run it.
2. Don't have it.
2a. Use the gold for something else.
2b. Buy prizes.

And if we don't have it should we seperate the art/writing contests again?

That game had to have gold as the prize. But if we don't have it then we don't have to keep the gold.

Hmm, I vote for not having it, separating the writing and art contests, and finding some great prizes with the gold.

I think that is what I'm going to do. I'll wait a bit more to see if anyone else responds.
