@Scrib On a scale of 1 -10 (one being kitten, 10 being hanging off the Empire State Building ) I give your profile a 7. At first glance it seems like you've got A LOT to deal with right now. If I did not know you, I would probably pass you by.

Also, I know more details about your life than you put on your profile. So when I read everything i was applying the meat to the bones so to speak, and was thinking "She is braver than I to put that there" I chalk that up to you being a somewhat more open person than I when it comes to strangers on the bus.

Let me end this by saying i don't really think you need to change anything about your profile. It's an accurate representation of you. Except your picture. That sucks bootay.

I do have a lot going on and I'm not going to lie about it to people who are looking at my profile. I also have no interest in getting involved in a super serious romantic relationship right now - I'm there to make friends and I've done that. (There's a nice lady I've been talking to about books and a different lady whom I've been talking to about her and my kid(s).) Right now I'm only looking for friendships that have the potential to become more but it'll take months, if not years, to get to that point right now. Y'know, unless this combination of medicine is the magical right combination.

Yes, I know! It's sooo bad but it was the only one I had of me at the time with short hair and I can't get the pictures from the camera onto the computer without a usb cable that we can't afford at the moment. I would love to have different, better, pictures to upload to OKC and the internet in general but I'm really camera shy on top of the lack of a usb cable. I always feel ridiculous trying to pose for pictures - I feel like people think I'm vain for secretly liking to have my picture taken.

@Lore: Maybe instead of posing you should just have someone take pictures of you doing something you enjoy or having fun :)

@Lore: I understand, I need to get a new card reader at some point because the one we have doesn't read microSD cards which is where all of the pictures of my dog are. But anyway, I always find that the most interesting pictures are the ones with people having fun. I also read about that in a book a little while ago, people tend to get more positive and worthwhile results than say using pictures where they show off their assets like most people seem to do now.

@ Scrib But it would be fun! and then we can trade and i'll be the supah mahdel! We should totally do this, make a scrapbook and then show it to the kids when they get older. "And this is when your auntie and me got sloshed and took pics of ourselves! "

It's only going to be to my jaw line. I'm not letting it grow past that but it also means I need to find someone who can cut my hair properly.
