I was trying to climb a tower of blocks in order to escape from this nightmare I was having about a knife-wielding bride. I had slipped off the edge when I ran across a block of ice and fell to my death. ;_;

I died by not avoiding a red dot.

Working my way through the water temple (second dungeon) of the Dark World in Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Some measly monster got me while I was down to one heart. Good thing I had a fairy! :U

I died when a half naked woman paralyzed my entire party, and then proceeded to hit me with their giant snake tail and kill me.

I didn't do enough barrel rolls and was shot down by Star Wolf.

I got blown up :gonk:

I also might have gotten the crap kicked out of me by a sheep >_>

I don't even know what killed me, but it some some kind of jellyfish in VileShark HQ... freakin' hidden enemies. So evil :/

Not sure which guy got me, but I was in the middle of about 10 enemies in Lost Planet 2.

I got killed by a rogue in Arathi Basin in World of Warcraft. Stupid rogues.

I died by falling off a stage in a puzzle game :(

Stupid underwater serpent type Akrid(Lost Plant 2), wouldnt leave me alone and I wasnt in a VS at all. D:

hrmmm the last time i died was in marvel vs capcom i died trying to beat the game with the worst characters and died by the last team before the boss

Was baking yams.. not keeping track of my stamina.. fainted. xD

One boss in Hyperdimension Neptunia got Neptune on low health and since healing in this game sucks, she was killed in the following turn. Withouth her, I stood no chance against the boss D:

Stupid security bots, and not having any EMP Grenades...and my Heavy Rifle was out of ammo too. Deus Ex: Human Revolution isnt nice with the lack of EMP grenades. :cry:

Replaying Dragon Age with a class build that is a bit more difficult than the others. Some area of the Tower of Magi are rather hard. My tank (Alistair) died so fast I wasn't sure what happened, after which point they swarmed my Warden who also died so fast I'm not sure what happened. Wynne was mostly dead also, and not high level enough to have AoEs to turn the tide. The only one mostly unscathed was the Mabri. And a Mabri wasn't going to be able to take out five templars and a demon by itself. Reloaded before the inevitable party wasting occured. O_O;

How do you... death by woohoo? Is that even possible?!
