The City of shimmering lights, a beacon of the modern world, shrouded by the old, gangs and murder still running riot. The city, known as Tahren. Tahren is home to many gangs but one gang rule the main shopping district; they live by their own rules and own most of the shops and such in the area. They are frequently visited by outsiders that not even they know the origins of.

Outside Tehran is a small village, like those of long ago, the inhabitants are not human but most are humanoid. Each assigned a task depending on their appearance. Only those who can pass as human are allowed to venture and pick up supplies from the gang run territory. The winding path leading from the forest they call home and to the shopping district is sometimes guarded by them but usually not. Some use it as a place ot think away from the others. Each has their own reason for being outcast from their own, their own secret to keep, so to say. It is ruled by an Elven Pair, Erato and Kuno, a wise sister and a strong brother.

What happens when two completely different civilizations meet, when the modern city gang and the peaceful outcast village are forced together? Any who stumble upon the lesser human inhabitants must not leave, for protection of course. Fate has it that curiosity will overcome those of the gang and they will venture into the forest and stumble upon the outcasts. Some of them beautiful creatures; such as elves, unicorns and satyrs. Others not so beautiful; such as the Goblins and trolls.
