You got it Z! It really is a worthwhile show to watch, it is now my second favorite show of all time! (After West Wing, of course). Also, if you have netflix it's all streaming online there right now (even the movie!).

(And Taiyo, it's a drama about guys trying to break out of prison, it's complex, emotional, and AWESOME!)

That's a hard event on this site, :). Though there are older people on the site, they tend to be pretty busy with real life!

@Z: I went back to the uni forum!~ And I'm keeping it open, you won't call me neglectful again Z! Yeah, I mean, I'm fairly busy too (so much work T_T) but I just want a couple of high quality roleplays! Once we start ours that will probs be good, and I have one other one that's in depth and that I love. Other than that I'm still looking.

Oh I wanted to ask the thread at large. I'm new to the site - what is going to happen for events, like for Halloween? I'm so excited, but I don't know what will happen!

I don't fully get it myself, so don't feel bad. And I've been here for a while.

Well, for Halloween this year, they are only going to have a text event. Normally it would be a huge event, but Menewsha wants to try out something new in terms of the way they do things, and they need time to set up for it. So, sadly, it won't be that exciting. We also have Celes Paradi still to come at some point, (it was supposed to happen already), and then we also have the Christmasy event in December.

Oh, that's really cool. I guess I'll have to wait and see?

And I've got to hurry up and finish my blog post!

I'M BAAACK!

I am now officially ABD -- all but dissertation! I passed my proposal defense on Monday, I turned in a major grant application on Wednesday (and spent Thursday chasing down paper copies of my recommendation letters...) and this weekend will get through the first concert of the school season.

How's everyone been? I missed y'all!!

We missed you too! I've just been RPing to warm up my writing muscles, :D. Is scholar gonna get to start writing again soon?

Scholar has definitely done some writing in her roleplays... the one with Foxy is rather to the point where we need to take it to private emails. :blush:

Having done so much grant and proposal writing lately, I'm definitely feeling the need for some fiction soon!
