Also, I'd like to ask a question myself. Can anyone fill me in on what user run events are like? I've never been on mene for one yet, but I saw a thread for one over in community discussions and I didn't really know what it was all about.

User-run events are (like the name says) run by the user base and are uncoded.

right, I got that - I just meant like, how are they? Are they fun?

Yeah. I've only been able to catch one, and that one was the Feast of Fools.

Also the one where I won my Kitsune and Kaboodle in a writing contest.

Depends on whether or not you can actually be on for the entire thing.

As far as user events go... never participated in one, never had the interest, probably never will... unless one REALLY happens to catch my eye.

Aw, then you're missing out! This year's hallowe'en event was as fun as the rest, despite the lack of coding.

ahem. Back to English now. I mean, the hallowe'en event wasn't a user run even though, it was run by the mods and such, even though it was code free. I feel like a user run event would fall apart because of poor planning. IDK, a good mene friend and I are planning a few EPIC things for the winter event, I love event stuff like that! I guess I was just hoping that user run events would be as cool!

I guess it depends on how well they're run. From what I'm guessing, some user-run events would be planned out better than others. I've only been around long enough to enjoy one though.

@BlackCart: Just looking for something lovely to do with my time, RPing sounds like an interesting thing to do and I do enjoy writing, it's what I always spend my lunches doing.

Haha, yeah RPing is pretty fun, I'd offer to start one with you - but I like to have either action or romance (usually both unless fandom!) lmfao!

Romance can be great, I personally love romance, and love, and all of that cute stuff. I doubt it would be a good idea for me to do any RPing about such a thing though, I would most likely go quite deep and epically heart breaking and depressing and dark, et caetera.

Still, it makes total sense. I'm actually dying for a crack couple Psych fandom RP right now. Not everyone can get there wishes~

It is so much harder to find matches for fandom-related RPs... which is depressing, as that's all I ever do.
