Perhaps my character is a fortune teller, and she sees a possible end of the world coming (since there are so many destinies in this world). Until she see's some specific figure or event, she doesn't believe the end of the world will happen. Well, maybe not the end of the world, maybe it could be darkness trying to overtake the world? I like that wording better. We're not talking about some starship coming in and trying to blast earth away! xD

Love the fortune teller idea. Maybe that's how they meet? Ruin's been wandering, for years, really. Easy enough to seek answers from a seer. Hmm mmm I like the darkness. Creeping shadow death slowly overtaking everything. Maybe it only happens at night? And you know someone, some thing is controlling it..? Because it's what you saw? Maybe you see him//it after the reading and then it's on...

Also, what is your preference on playing multi characters? I don't usually play both at the same time (unless they are in the same scene, I find it unnecessary) but I will be writing in side characters and bad guys.

Yes. Yes to all. If you could make the thread, I would greatly appreciate it as I am on my phone at the moment. I'll throw in side characters and bad guys and play with yours a bit if you'll let me. I feel like our characters are our characters but I won't hate it if you need to move around some of my smaller chess pieces. They're just pawns. It's an imperfect metaphor. What I mean is if I throw someone besides Ruin into the mix, there's no hurt feelings from me if you use them or make them do something.

I like the themes you've got up, and I'd be interested in doing a sibling-based roleplay with you!

Sweet! Do you have any themes or story-lines in mind? Do you want to do fantasy, modern, modern-fantasy, or a fandom?

I was thinking maybe we could do something with virtual gaming, though modern fantasy sounds pretty neat too.

I must warn you, the only Virtual reality gaming I have seen are all from anime: Sword Art Online & .Hack//sign. I'm down for something similar to either of those. Or we can just make up our own world altogether.

Or if you want to go the modern fantasy route: our characters could both be human, then one day something happens each of them get turned into a different race (vampire, werewolf, fairy, ect.)

I'm just kind of throwing out ideas. Your welcome to take either of them and put your own twist on it, or think of some entirely different scenarios.

I like the modern fantasy idea a lot, and if they were to magically turn into other creatures, would there be a reason? Like they stumbled across something they shouldn't, and now are cursed? (or blessed, depending on how you look at it)

I like the idea of them being cursed. I read one series (The Tiger's Curse) where 2 brother's were cursed to be tigers for all but 24 minutes out of each day. The more pieces of an amulet they recovered, the more time they had to spend the day as humans.

What race/creatures would you like your character to become? I think it'd be more interesting if they became different things.

I could see Vampire, really. That would be pretty interesting. So here are my next questions: how do we wanna do the siblings, (brothers/sisters/brother-sister?) and would this be a permanent curse or a temporary one?

Maybe it's something that's a slow process, and the people who cursed us try to tell us they could reverse it if we do certain things for them. In the end, it's all lies though, since once you become a vampire, you can't go back xD

I think my character will be a female. And I think her curse will be one of turning into a werewolf. You can choose either gender for your character.

What age range would you like our characters to be?

Maybe the back-story can be that there is a war coming, and (separately) the fairies told the vampires and werewolves about a newly cursed human would be the turning point for their race's side of the fight. Each race takes it as the human will make their side more powerful.

I think I'll go male, and I'm thinking late teens, early twenties?

I like the backstory idea. It could be sad too, if they're having to fight each other. But it sounds like it'd make for a good story.

I'm sure we can work something out later in the story to make it not so sad. Did you want me to handle making the thread? Or did you want to make it?
