Menewsha's a bit boring. I rarely get on.

The more involved with the community you are the less boring it is. It is still a smaller site so there are times when the forums aren't as active.

Do you have any suggestions on how to keep interesting? You can always post suggestions in the suggestion forum to help keep Mene interesting.

I love how statements that start, "No offense but" are usually very offensive, and I personally, find it even more offensive when someone feels the need to tack on that little statement ahead of an offensive statement. It's still offensive. Even if you warned me ahead of time.

ANYWAY.
If you're bored on mene, try going to a different forum one day that you normally would. That's what I do. And then I'm usually there for a few days, and then I slowly drift back to wherever it is I usually hangout.

I can get bored of mene as well... as I'm a tad anti-social... but even so and even though I've left mene say 3-4 times I've always come back because of the kind environment. It is true that friends make mene fun, but for me keeping them isn't all that easy.

What I usually do is just play a game or something for a while... and come back to mene when the next announcement is announced so I don't miss out on too much and helps me get back into the rhythm of mene

I agree with monstahh` though, that trying out a new forum/forum you rarely venture into can give you a new exciting topic to explore, or even welcoming newbies to menewsha and chatting with people who've just arrived.

Well that was awfully blunt, Anime. I don't know what you expect us to do about it.

Just make some threads to make your time on here more interesting? xD
Start an RP, make a hangout, join a hangout or two?
There's plenty of things to do, just be progressive about it.

I love when people get "offended" on the Internet. Especially over really idiotic things like someone saying a site they're on, weather it be their favorite site or not is "Boring". I really can't see how anyone could take offense to that, it makes me laugh seeing how serious people get about such silly things. I just read that how to make gold thingy and I suppose people are just trying to make their posts longer because apparently that gets you more gold which brings me to the next thing.

I find the gold earning system on here pretty tight, I mean I'm not much of a game player but I do like the idea of the longer your posts are the more gold you get, thats pretty cool and works well for me because I am very good at rambling on. Getting gold will be a big must for me as I joined the site pretty much just to dress up the cute little avatar, because I really love dressing up avatars, they're like dolls to me. I joined Gaia and all I do on there is get gold so I can dress up my avatar which is the same thing I plan on doing here, except it looks like I'll have to do alot more interacting with other users which I otherwise wouldn't do.

Anyway, seeing as I'm new here I'm just getting used to everything, I'm not sure if there is a market to sell special items on or if Menewsha really has a special item thing. (I think I saw one though, or something about buying Menewsha money with paypal) I hope it works a little like Gaia, that way I wont have to do as much interacting. lol

Sometimes it's easy for some to get offended on the internet. I wasn't particularly offended at this thread, per say, but it's happened to me too in the past. :roll:

Yeah, I like the way the gold-earning system works. I mean, I usually earn about 2g per post because my average post length is about a line or so of text.

This community encourages interaction! xD There's so many potential friends out there in Mene.

Menewsha is only as fun as you make it. If you just sit around waiting for fun to happen to you, you'll be disappointed.

I don't quite see how this can really offend anyone, lol. Not everyone enjoys the same things, so it's all good! I don't post here often, but usually there isn't much chatting when I'm come on, which is weird, since when I first joined it wasn't like that, but than I stop coming on for awhile, lol.
