Well, I'm questioning whether I'm bisexual or straight or another sexuality entirely. So...yeah, that's it.

Scholar - I think we have one of the best community colleges in the state. The teachers are great and the student populace is totally diverse. There are many who are just there for two years before they transfer but a lot of them are there for the nursing program or the dental hygiene program. I've met many, many returning students. Those people who stopped going and are much older (granted, having some of them in the class is a pain because they don't bother to keep up with technology and shit so they always have a MILLIONBUZZILION questions or some LIFE EXPERIENCE that TOTALLY relates. Ugh). But, yeah, it's a great school.

Scribbled - That's a bummer. ;\ I probably would have gone straight to a university if I hadn't been pregnant my senior year of high school. I think though, that it worked out for the best because I love the school I am at now and I've kept really good grades so far.

School without financial aid is a bitch, though. :\

You have nooo idea how much I agree and could shoot the guy in my course that does that. Oooh god.. Lol..

Estrella 09-20-2010 08:03 PM

Soda - It's so obnoxious! xD I am like "I UNDERSTAND that you think your stories are wonderful but we've got shit to do and you're eating up class time!"

I had this guy in my math class that just irked me. He HAD to use our teacher as a sounding board and it would always be "So what you're saying..." YES THAT'S WHAT HE'S FRIGGIN SAYIN!! SHUUUUUUSSSSHHH!! I HAVE HOMEWORK QUESTIONS!!

Soda 09-20-2010 08:09 PM

LOL

It's such a soda rage topic I'm holding it all back haha. The most recent incident...

Ours seems mentally retarded some times I swear. Most recently he wasted 25 minutes wondering why he got a zero when he put his homework on a C: drive instead of the network. C Drive is only on one work station thus obviously he got a zero for being a idiot and not reading the instructions that clearly stated where to hand it in. We are in a god damn computer course and he's been here for 3 years. Seriously?

25 minutes of stupid stuttering questions "B-b-but I put it on the computer!"

Estrella 09-20-2010 08:12 PM

That's something you save for AFTER CLASS. *fwaps*

It's so frustrating when they don't even try to keep up with technology, y'know?
Especially the graphing calculators. xD Luckily, my teacher would save tutorials on those for the end of class so we could leave if we needed to but OMG, people flipped out. And it's easy to find it on Google, daggnabbit!

Soda 09-20-2010 08:20 PM

Incredibly inconvenient indeed.

I hate it when its questions about something that we spent an entire class learning about earlier and they clearly didnt listen to any of it, end up having a double lecture cause of him...

Questioning, eh? Well, do you have any questions? I think I qualify to answer a few since I'm bisexual myself.

Feel free to share whatever you're comfortable with sharing - we're an accepting and understanding bunch here and our only goal is to help you. :D

Soda 09-21-2010 04:30 AM

Hey Scrib, hows it going.

Estrella 09-21-2010 04:31 AM

I just combined your usernames into Scribbled Soda and giggled.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:32 AM

Not too badly. I'm awake when I really should be sleeping but I have tomorrow off from work so I'm not going to sweat it if I'm up rather late. CZ is in the other room playing Mass Effect and I got tired of watching his game. I always get bored when he has to take 20 minutes to mess with his team's equipment. Otherwise it's a fun game to watch.

Soda 09-21-2010 04:33 AM

Mmmm sounds tastey actually.

I've never actually played Mass Effect before actually..

----------

Nice use of that pin btw... I've never been able to make a decent outfit with it. And it bugs me.. lol.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:38 AM

I've never played Mass Effect, 1 or 2, but I've seen them being played so many times now I know the story line fairly well. I don't have any real interest in FPS games. I was amused, though, that if you play as a woman in the game there's a possibility for a lesbian relationship - thought that was cool.

Thanks! I added it to this outfit on a whim.

Soda 09-21-2010 04:39 AM

Oh really? That interests me... I don't usually buy fps games though. More of a rpg person.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:42 AM

Definitely more of a RPG person myself. If the little one weren't asleep in the back bedroom I'd probably be playing either a Final Fantasy game or Valkyrie Profile 2 right now.

Soda 09-21-2010 04:43 AM

Oooh nice. I've been playing random old ones lately..

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:45 AM

Yeah? Like what?

Soda 09-21-2010 04:50 AM

Secret of Mana, pokemon trading card game (lol I used to play it on my GBC when I was a kid), Final Fantasy Tactics, and Oblivion.

That's a really odd variety now that I look at it.. Lol.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:51 AM

Ooh, I have a game of Final Fantasy Tactics going right now. I'd have to say, hands down, Tactics is my favorite Final Fantasy game.

Soda 09-21-2010 04:53 AM

It's easily in my top list for FF games, I don't really like to pick a total favorite though... I've never actually beaten tactics though which is kinda sad. I donno why. I get to many games going and leave em unfinished lol. I love tactic rpgs though. Vandal Hearts is one of my favorite ps1 memories. And that Legend of the Dragoon.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 04:57 AM

I have fond memories of playing Legend of the Dragoon with my younger step-brother. :D We definitely have that in common; I'm forever starting a new game and leaving another unfinished for six months or so. Eventually I get around to finishing all of my games but never in the same order they were started.

Soda 09-21-2010 05:00 AM

Well you're better then me.. At least you finish them lol. :yumeh1:

One I really need to get back to is Dragon age.. lol.

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 12:43 PM

Dragon Age? I haven't played that one. What platform is it for?

Estrella 09-21-2010 04:15 PM

Dragon Age...*shudders* I don't have patience for that game. I started playing and just gave up. >.>;

Scribbled Lore 09-21-2010 06:58 PM

Why? *is confused* Obviously, I've never played it, so...
