Seregil looked at her slightly shocked, "Wow... Beautiful and you read minds. Doesn't get much better than that," he teased with a chuckle, although he was serious to an extent. "Yeah, I like your idea... It sounds real nice. You knew I wanted some hot tea didn't you? Just admit it, you're psychic huh?" He smiled playfully as he teased her a bit more, not meaning to be cruel, just wanting to see her smile. Then getting a sudden idea to make some of the other women jealous since he had too many fans on this ship he offered out his arm just to see if she would take it, "So, shall we milady?"
He smirked and nodded. "well, I suppose that would be fine, so long as you really don't like me. I mean. I could use some amusement." he said, shrugging. He didn't really care. He nodded again as he leaned against the railing as he stared at the waters below. "Yes, I'm here for my own accord. Didn't feel like missing a chance to be on this boat. I mean, it's almost like the actual titanic." he said smirking again. "No last name that is known." he said, smirking. "And really? Sad. Sorry for the loss." he said, glancing back at her. He hadn't really asked about that, but he supposed that tied in with his topic.

Natsu walked over to Henry, hoping to ask for help,"Hey there, have you seen a dude about this tall and is some sort of poet? Dragged a pink haired cook to a contest with out the captain/ her brother's permission to do so?" He asked, being too dense to realize that said person was in front of him.
Gray smacked Natsu on her head,"Natsu, you don't randomly come up to guests and ask them that, it's odd. But, since you said it already," He took a deep breath,"Have you seen him? We've got a bone to pick with him...." He said, cracking his knuckles. Natsu scowled at him,"I get first shot though." Gray glared at Natsu,"No, I do!" |
She smirked and got up, looking over the railing."Amusement?" She stared at the water."Yeah..almost just like it." She said, shivering a little at the thought of everyone dieing on this ship too."Nah, i'm not really into the whole crusie relationship thing since once the cruise ends..so does the relationship." She said, leaning over the ramp to look down more since she thought she saw something odd."It's fine..I'm not really affected by it since I saw it coming.." She said, glancing at his loose tie and smirked a little more, putting her hand up to it like she had known him longer then she really had and started to mess with the tie, not tightening it but putting it into odd shapes."Who would want to miss being on this boat? It's amazing.." She said softly."I just hope nothing bad happens to us like the first titanic.
Faylinns cheeks grew a light crimson as she heard his comment. "Hey what can I say.....I'm just good like that."She said. Soft laughter rose from her throat as she heard his words. "I might be good at guessing but I don't think I'm a mind reader.....I'm actually craving something warm myself."Faylinn replied. She was surprised at his gesture but gladly excepted since nothing bad usually came from two people arms locked. Faylinn quickly wrapped her arm around his and smiled as she started down the deck with Seregil.
Michael lightly tapped his knuckles on her head. "Now now, no jinxing it." he warned smirking a little as he let her mess with the tie. "Yeah, I get bored easily so.. I can use amusement." he said, nodding before he looked around the deck. "Yeah, the ship is pretty damn cool. And it's a bit better at safety and anti-icebergs." he added, smirking. He thought about her words and thoughts about cruise relationships. He shrugged. "Sometimes, but that's when people want flings, not actual relationships."
"Well i'm not persay looking for a fling..just a cute friend with benefits." She grinned."But everyone one the ships looking for boyfriends or girlfriends or just someone to love them..expecting that person can at random be with them for the cruise..which why even let yourself get heart broken when the cruise is over with? Unless you live close to each other.." She mumbled."So where are you from?" She asked, making the tie a bow and then undoing the tie since she hated the bow she had made.
He shrugged. "Who knows. But, let them dream on or something. Who knows, sometimes it still works out even if they don't live very close." he said, shrugging again before smirking. "What kind of benefits?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. At her question he chuckled. "I'm from New York. You?"
Walking along the deck towards the lounge Seregil noticed some of the looks they got from women who passed, all of whom seemed full of jealousy. It was quite entertaining to him and he did enjoy getting to get a good laugh from people on occassion since he was often the center of attention. Then as they reached the lounge Seregil looked to Faylinn, "So where would you like to sit?" There were plenty of spots where they could relax and chat, and he was really wanting that hot tea at this point. Tea was his favorite drink, no questions asked, so any time he could have some he usually did.
She smirked."Not sex benefits." She said, slapping his shoulder playfully, it wasn't even hard."Just, one that I can flirt with, kiss if I want too. Even if it means nothing." She said, sitting on the railing as she looked at him, tie ribbon in her hand."Ah, newyork. I live in Ohio so I guess were not to far away." She said, sticking her tongue out at him."So hows the city life?" She asked, brushing her bangs out of her face.
He thought about it and shrugged. "I guess that might work. I'm not a huge fan of kissing someone I don't plan on getting close to, though. But, we'll see." he warned her. He nudged her shoulder back before chuckling. "It's never boring." he said, nodding. "Lots of fun places. How about Ohio?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He'd been to a place or two there, but never for long.
"Boring as hell." She smirked."But it has some benefits..like cute emo boys, umm..cool museums and stuff and movie theaters! But really theres nothing special about it.." She said, thinking of New York."I've been to New York once..but it was so different from all the tommy hilfiger wannabes that I see around Ohio." She laughed a little."Yeah, you do have a point with that, but still." She said, sticking her tongue out at him.
Ui sighed and looked at her watch, her shift was over, so she ran into the kitchen, after changing into a alice-in-wonderland type of dress, she skipped off to find Natsu and Gray. She went to the lounge and asked some of the other employees. "Have you seen my brother Gray? Or my cousin Natsu?" she kept asking the employees.
To her dismay, most of them shook their heads no, or shrugged and asked,"Captain Gray's your brother?" Ui sat on a chair and sighed,"Oh well, I'll find them later." she dug around in her pocket and pulled out a bag of cookies she had made earlier. She took one out and bit it. Savoring the chocolate chips melt in her mouth. |
Michael almost laughed, instead opting to snickering. "That sounds like every other place." he informed her before he turned around, leaning back on the railing as he looked up at the stars. They were very clear from here. "Well, did you have a good time?" he asked, glancing down at her from the corner of his eyes.
"Yeah..but there were a lot of hookers on the street corners." She said, smirking a little before looking up at him, still messing wit the tie ribbon before turning his head a little to put it on."So what do you think of the contest? I think its pretty stupid since I hate being the center of attention.." She said, rolling her eyes."And anyways, who wants to carry a five pound jewel on their neck. The only think its good for its to be looked at and what its worth.."
He laughed somewhat. "Sorry for the hookers." he said smirking. "The contest? I don't really care. I mean, it's cool that it's being used. After all. It Is a necklace, and is meant to be worn." he said, shrugging. "If you don't want to wear it, just tell the people if they pick you, to pick someone else."
OnYeen sighed and got up and walked to where everyone else was; the top deck. She looked around and found herself back to the place she was before; alone.
Shadow was too on the top deck waiting to see what would happen next. |
"I'm pretty sure they'll pick the little girl anyways.." She said, smiling a little."It'd be cruel if they didn't." She said, putting the tie back around his neck and hoping down off the rail to stand in front of him and tie it. She made it loose so it looked kool and then ruffled his hair." Perfect."

(( are they picking names?.....))
Faylinn scanned the lounging area for a comfortable place to rest and sip there tea. "How about over there." She said as Faylinn pointing towards to large chairs sitting next to the fireplace. She was surprised that they where empty since it was quite chilly outside but she wasn't going to ponder on it all night. Faylinn quickly pulled Seregil over to the spot and let go of his arm to sit. Her eyes shifted towards the large stone fireplace as the fire glowed. Every few seconds you could hear the wood crackle behind the three dimensional, metallic branched screen. Faylinn broke her concentration when she saw a girl walk up with a small pad in her hand. "What would you like Ms." The young waitress said Faylinn had no need for thinking about her decision on what to have since she had already set her mind on warming tea. "Tea please. Sugar no milk." Faylinn replied. The waitress nodded in response and quickly jotted down the order on the pad. Her eyes shifted from her writing to Seregil. "You sir?"
Seregil nodded at her suggestion and followed obediently as he was tugged along towards the seat. It wasn't long after they were seated that a waitress approached and asked for their orders. After Faylinn was done she turned to him and the male replied, "Hot sweet tea as well. Oh and I would like for it to be the cinnamon apple flavor please?" After watching the waitress nod and walk off he turned to Faylinn and asked, "So where are you from milady?" He was curious because he wasn't sure how many northerners liked tea like he did. His eyes shifted from hers to the fireplace and back again. Then with a soft and warm smile he added, "You're already a beautiful woman but the lighting from the fireplace gives you a surreal glow. It suits you well." For some reason he just had to say it, but then again Seregil was an honest guy and he tried to speak his mind without hurting feelings if he could.
Faylinn listened patiently as Seregil ordered his style of tea. She watched the waitress scribbled down his order, nod and walk away from the two. Her eyes shifted from the fire as she heard his question. "Well.... I was born and raised in New Jersey although as of now I'm studying at a University in Michigan." Faylinn replied. She raised an eye-brow at his comment although her cheeks turned a dark crimson. " Th-thank you?"Faylinn added as her features returned to normal. "I didn't think you where the type of guy to flirt so quickly." Faylinn said in a joking manner as a smile reached her lips.
"Ah, a northerner huh," he proclaimed in a teasing tone. "So what are you studying if you don't mind me asking?" His eyes shifted back to the fire momentarily as he thought he noticed something from the corner of his eye but it turned out to be nothing, probably just a spark. Turning his attention back to Faylinn he couldn't help but laugh a bit at her reaction to his compliment before he smoothly responded, "I was unaware that I was flirting... I just thought I was simply speaking the truth." He added a bright smile for good measure as he stared into the woman's hypnotic eyes. She was definitely a beautiful woman and the lighting from the fire made it even more obvious and hard not to stare. Taking a short sigh he saw the waitress returning with their drinks on a tray. He accepted his with a polite nod and took a sip from the tea. They had made it perfectly and the flavor brought a smile to the young star's face.
OnYeen looked around for someone to talk to but everyone seemed to already be talking so she just took to the side and satyed there to nonsocial to talk to anyone.
Shadow started exploring the ship a little but got bored and went back to the ballroom. |
He shrugged somewhat. "They're not really allowed to vote out of pity or anything. Kala will understand." he said, figuring the girl wasn't one to be a little brat if she didn't get her way. He raised an eyebrow at the newly put tie. "Wasn't this the way I had it in the first place?" he asked, glancing down at her in amusement.
