Alrighty, let's see... First, I think you should decide if you want to do gold or ivory accents. I wouldn't suggest doing both, as they are very similar.

However... I think you could pull off white, ivory and gold if you do it right. So, my first suggestion to pull off white/ivory/gold is to change your hair. I would recommend trying to match it with the corset. #D29B73 main/FEF1AD secondary.

Then I would add gold bracelets http://images.menewsha.com/items/thu...41c0962a38.gif, and a gold tank top http://images.menewsha.com/items/thu...82d9af4930.gif

And then I'd add Day Hairpin to get some gold and white/silver on your head. http://images.menewsha.com/items/thu...59f88c88f5.gif

At that point, I think I'd have to see it and reevaluate... I hope that was helpful! :D

I wish there was a way to make it look like you have a coat on, and not just a black shirt... I think that would really make the avatar. Let me think on that...

The shoulder ruffles don't go over jackets, do they?

I also am not a fan of your hat -- at least the gold bow/ribbon part, and it makes me wish we had a helmet of some sort that was -black-. :/ Alas. I'll think on that too. Let me check out the hat selection. Maybe you could just cover that bit up some with a red hairpin? Something understated. Though I'm not sure what that'd be either, because you don't want to do a heart or a piece of candy... :sweat:

Yeah, .....it was the only hat I could figure on. I think a red hairpin would take away from the evil nazi woman look.

And yeah....the coats go over the armbands. I considered using a coat and editting the armbands over it.....I asked seiki, it is allowed.

@Sizz- as an avatar I find that cute, I think it loses some of the nazi look. but I may use that hat.

I like the skirt better Cora. :yes: Women in that time would be in skirts I'd imagine. And of course you'd have your hair/eyes/background, etc.

But if you can layer in Photoshop, you could put the red armbands over a jacket, which I think is a good idea.

Okay, so these wigs -- I just don't like them much with most of the other hairstyles underneath. So that really throws off the whole look for me right off the bat. I find it distracting that the coloration is so obviously different. I may like it more if the haircolor was the same as the wig though... Either that, or remove the wig completely.

The eyes and lips make for a creepy look, which I like, but I think the wig/hair/eye/lip combo makes me unhappy overall. I think it might be the wig mostly, now that I think on it. :yes:

I'd change the belt personally, as the buckle is a very yellow gold, whereas all the other gold in your avatar is that darker gold color. It just stands out a lot.

Ugh, I've struggled with this avi for ages. I don't even know what I want out of it anymore :gonk:

At this point I'm definitely subbing a cream tulip skirt for the harem skirt, but I don't know what else to do to help spice it up and "modernize" it (that avi is from the MAC on a custom base, so the items are all... old)

That's a fun challenge Keyori. Let me see what I can come up with.

Wow, I'm using the DAC for something. AMAZING! It actually works fairly well. Though it'd be nice to have more tags on things...

Yeah, as soon as I posted I was like, "Wait, I have the DAC now... lol wut"

So I'm fussing around with it, but without being able to change my hair in the DAC, I'm having head troubles, go figure xD

And another "oh yeah..." moment was when I realized that the whole point of the original was to use the orchid hairpin.

So here's an update of what I've been fooling with. I'm not keen on the chest strap though, but I definitely need some dark green at the waist I think. I'd also have dark green hair, not blonde.
