Kairi frowned slighlty, but changed it to a smile. "Sounds fun." she said, wishing he'd tell her. She wasn't a big fan of surprises. Especially not surprises from Sora and Riku. But she will be patient about seeing what it was they were planning.

He huggingher gently. "It's going to be fun, trust me, if riku said that you might have to worry a bit." he said laughing.

Kairi hugged him back. "I'm not worried... Just curious."

"You'll find out soon enough." he said knowing that she'd love what they were planning. "That's actually what Riku is working on, he said that I should come and keep you company for today."

Kairi smiled. "Well. I can't wait to see whatever it is." she said happily. She didn't mind spending the day with Sora.

"I'm sure you'll like it." he said, and he really liked spending time with Kiari, she was really fun to be with. "Hey how about a picnic?" he asked. "We could get some lunch and bring it back here."

Kairi smiled at that suggestion. "Sounds like a great idea!" she exclaimed, backing a few steps away from him before turning and heading back to the shore.

He headed back to shore as well. When he reached shore he waited a couple of seconds for her to get there.

"What do you want to eat?" she asked, drying herself off before pulling her clothes back on.

He dried himself off and put his clothes on. "I'm fine with anything you pick." he answered.

She thought for a second. "Sandwiches sound good." she said. "What kind do you want?"

"Ham and cheese, please." he answered.

Kairi smiled. "Alright. Ham and cheese it is." she said, heading back to the boats so they could go back to the mainland to get the ingredients.

He headed over to the boats as well.

Once they were both ready to leave, Kairi started rowing towards the mainland.

Sora watched as Kiari rowed toward the mainland, knowing how stubborn she was, didn't even try to help her yet. He just looked around them watching what went by them.

Kairi smiled happily when they reached the mainland. "Okay! Let's go get some food~" she said, grabbing Sora's hand and walking away from the boat.

He let her lead him, he'd go anywhere with her, he trusted her completely.

"Okay~ Where do you want to get the food?" she asked.

"It's up to you." he answered not really knowing where much was on the mainland himself, or not remembering.

Kairi thought for a second. "Alright. This way." She walked with him down several streets before stopping in front of a small-looking store. "The stuff here's good."

"sounds good to me." he said looking at the store, then to her.

Kairi smiled lightly as she went in the store and bought the things they would need.

Sora waited outside, leaning on the outside of the front wall.

"Alright. I'm back." Kairi said, when she finished paying for the food.
