I suspect apple releases new phones based on their expected battery life. My iPhone 3GS only lasted for 15 hours of standby today...

Some day, Cookie will have a cool awesome phone....some day, Cookie might even use it to talk to people!

Ouch, that sucks Inso. My Blackberry used to be like that. Only lasted like 24 hours MAX. It sucked.

I remember when 3G phones first came to australia. I had a phone which I could take off charge at 5PM for a night of drinking. By 2AM it would be too flat to call a cab, and I wouldn't have even sent out a text message. The company didn't understand why I wanted them to replace the phone free of charge.
