I definitely need to go to bed and try and get six and a half hours sleep like I planned on doing last night. My hip and knee pain would not give me six even. I might have got five and a half last night if I am lucky. It is hard to tell when you wake up every hour. Good night everyone. I am sure that I will be back tomorrow.
