I love my mom and my dad but not my step-dad, and even though I love them due to a life time of events I no longer want anything to with them. I'll continue to love them, but I no longer want them in my life.

I love both my parents... although, my father does not play a role in my life. He lost his chance, and I know he feels sorry for that, and wishes it could be different. As he is my father, I love him... but I don't consider him my dad... if that makes any sense to anyone. He's, biologically, the male half of what gave me life and my genes, and the man whom I was given a surname after.... but he's not a dad to me. I tell people I don't have a dad, because I don't. It's just mom who cares for me. I've got no "dad" role in my life. :/

My step-mother, though I think she wishes and tries to plant herself as such, is NOT my mother. She's nice, and has never been cruel to me, and when I speak with her, I am friendly and civil, but she's not my mom. She can try all she wants, but she doesn't get that title. On facebook (ick) she has me listed as her daughter, but I have not approved of that yet, so it doesn't appear on her page. I just ignor it, really. She's told me to call her "mom" or any variation of that name, but to me, she'll always just be Jen.

My mother, though. I true, biological mother, is WONDERFUL! She's the kindest, sweetest, most selfless person I know, and I'm so happy she's my mom. :)

I love both parents. I call home at least once a week, sometimes more than that. I've practucally made it part of my daily routine to text my dad on the way to class. I've been away from home long enough that I'm starting to get homesick, so I'm really glad I have the ability to get a hold of them when I need them. I'm extremely grateful that I have the family that I do, siblings included. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Yeah, I love my mom and pops. They're cool folks and I think they raised me right.

I love my parents as well. My mom and I don't always see eye to eye and argue quite a bit but she's a good lady overall and did a great job of raising my siblings and I. My dad, although a bit on the side lines also did a good job of making sure my siblings and I were raised right.

I love mine :) I couldn't live without them.

We haven't always got along as well as we do now, but I've always loved them, even when I didn't like them.

Of course I do! We get along really well. I mean, they aren't perfect, and I've come to realize that throughout middle school/high school. Part of growing up. It never really changed our relationship, though.

Honestly, id say not as much as some of my friends. my parents and I are not very close at all, even in a family that has no problems at all and we see each other every single day.. :/ sometimes i think they're just people who takes care of me.
