X-Men: Next Generation ((open!!! still Accepting Characters))

Some characters are still with us as teachers in the School for the Gifted. while others have passed away or went their own way in the world. The Orginal Characters still with us are Ororo ((Storm)), Scott ((Cyclops)), Jean ((Phoenix)). It's now a new school year and new students are coming in as well as old students coming back. |
Rules: -No godmodding -keep this pg 16 ((time skip if need be)) -No killing another character only that character's master is ok with it and i'm notified -Be Creative -Post at least a paragraph -Only one ability per person ((no super mutants)) -pm the profiles to me titled "Mutants are human too" so that i know you've read the rules -have fun!!! -I will post more rules if needed -can have up to 2 characters |

It was the start of another school year and Tracy couldn't wait. Bringing her bags in, she said her hellos to the teachers that were there greeting everyone and she walked up to the room that she's had for the past years that she been here. The girl took a deep breath once in the room and smiled. She couldn't wait to see her friends again and meet new ones as well.
Jean stood near the door, helping new students and greeting the old ones. She took Xavier's place in over seeing the school, seeing that she's got the same powers as he does. It was a tough task but someone had to do it. |

A tiny rumbling sound resinated from the back of the room, the origin was the head phones of Manica. She sat and waited for class to start by doodling in a sketch book she had set in her lap. Leaning back in her chair, she used the sound waves from her small speakers to balance the chair at an unstable angle. |
After all the students were in and found their rooms, Jean had gone to her office/classroom to get prepared for classes. They didn't start too early but in about an hour or so. Upon walking in, the woman saw a student of hers that she remembered from previous years. "Hello Monica. Nice to see you again. How was your summer?"

Erik wandered the grounds for a while before class--this was his first year here, and he wanted to get to know the trees and plants around, so he could learn their heartbeat and tell when a person was hiding among them. He wore a green t-shirt, brown leather vest, and jeans. No shoes, though, wiggling his toes in the grass outside.

Tracy looked out her window to see a man that she had never seen before. She smiled and ran down the stairs but calmly walked outside so that she didn't scare him. "Hello!" she said as she walked closer to him.

He looks up, swinging his antlered head high to look at Tracy. Blink-blink, and then he laughs. "Well, hi." His grin infectious. "Um, sorry, I'm kinda new here. Was just getting to know this place. How're you?"

Tracy smiled back her cheer-y eyes glistening. "I figured that's what you were doing. I'm great. I love this place." She cleared her throat, "My name's Tracy." She stuck out a glove covered hand at the boy to shack his.

He takes the girl's hand very lightly, offering a smile. His nails are longer than most human's, curved and pointed like claws. "I'm Erik. It's nice to meet you." His eyes are dark, deerlike, and face seems long. Everything about him is vaguely animal, down to the hard, almost hooflike nails on his toes.

"Nice to meet you too. So what is your ability?" Tracy looked him over but not in disgust like most people would. Her expression was intregued. Another smile slit her lips as her icey blue eyes looked into his. |
Using the sound from her headphones, MAnica lifted the speakers from her ears and blocked the noice from escaping. The room was almost silent other then Tracy talking to the new guy. She waited for them to finish their conversation before speaking. While waiting she pulled her headphones from atop her head, folded them up and packed them away. She pressed the off button on her Ipod and looked at Tracy with a "Hey remember me?" look. |
