Fruit fulfill thirst... so yeah, doesn't make me hungry. XD
Well... depending on where you are I guess. For me, there are melons that is called melon in English, but melon means other things in local language. |
Yepyep!
uh, that's confusing. That's one reason I'd never get foreign language. Everything means the opposite. xD |
Not opposite... just the mixture of languages, creates confusion. XD lol.

They should make flash cards TT
|
Flashcard is not such popular concept here... amazingly.
|
Not even for studying?
|
No... at least my generation, we don't know flash cards.
But even now... my younger cousins do not use flash cards too... I have like... 6 to 10 younger cousins below college years. |
*prances through Miro's threadie* |
Oh. Well, they are out-dated. But sometimes I see study crunchers use them. If you take online classes, though, they have electronic flash cards to study with if they use the Pearson thing.
I personally write everything out on notebook paper and just study that way. lol ---------- Post added 08-15-2013 at 09:47 AM ---------- allo, hummy! |
I write everything out in point form, then study it.
It just doesn't seem to be a popular idea in my place. |
Point form, like, based on how much points a question is? xD
|
No, as in, get rid of all the grammars and prepositions. Just remain the gist of the whole text.
|
You mean like a bullet point list, right?
|
Yeah yeah~ that.
XD We don't seem to use the term 'bullet point' for manual note taking. XD |
*tackles Miro and rolls* :D :D :D
How are youuuu? I haven't talked to you in so long. o 3o I miss my Miro |
@ Xu; Wow, you do have confusing ways there. XD

We just call it point form. We only use the word 'bullet point' when we are talking about which 'style' of symbols we use to format the points. Like in the powerpoint? the bullet? it has simple -, or the bullet dot, or the arrow, or * or any other symbol.
|
*skips through the thread*
|
Well, it's either bullet list, or just a list we say.
Bullet point is usually referred for Microsoft Word and yeah, PowerPoint. And I know. But if you space when you place an asterisk, it turns into a bullet point. Unless you specifically want it to be an asterisk. xD Hihi, Seisei! |
*rolls around* Hi Miro 8D
|
Culture difference~ 8D
|
@ Xu; Maybe but it's just what a teacher wants to teach.
Every teacher has their own teaching method @ . @; I hated that regarding math... all the math teachers kept screwing me up. [illgetu] @ Seisei; *makes a leaf snowman outta Seisei* bwahaha! How be chu? <3 |
All my teacher use 'point form'. XD
That is cultural difference. People around me use 'point form' frequently. anyway, our teacher here don't teach study methods. They expect us to MEMORIZE it. -__-;; |
