Leo approached the huge house with slight excitement. He wore some dark clothes to blend in the house some more. They were sort of loose as well. Enough to move around without having to cause much noise. He had on a sort of tool kit strapped to his waist. In it were some snacks, flashlight, camera and a little device that claimed to detect ghosts or anything of the sort. It'd been a steal, and he just prayed that it would work. Otherwise, he'd have some stern words with the previous owner of the thing. He grinned lightly, blue eyes shinning in anticipation. It would be growing dark soon, so it was the perfect time to go in a 'haunted' house and explore. With any luck, they would find something. If not, then hey.. At least they tried. Sure, some of the other houses had been a bust, and resulted in them finding very little activity. Very rarely they came out with solid proof of anything supernatural.

For this one though, he just had a gut feeling. He knew there was something there. And, he'd heard some rumors of something living there. Sometimes lights were seen in random places and such. Not electricity, since there was none. But candle light. And that just made him want to go and visit the place even more. It wasn't too far away, so it was perfect. He had finally been able to gain access to the place. All he hoped, was to get some proof, maybe even some contact and not get hurt. Most of the time, he usually got in some sort of mess. Be it tripping, or being somehow hurt whenever there was true activity. His friends told him he just attracted the abnormal, since he was a bit odd as well. He turned back and grinned at his co-partners and friends. "Come on now, don't stand back, we still have to set stuff up." he said happily as they started to head inside the house. Luckily it was unlocked for them. Or perhaps it was always unlocked. He looked inside the huge entrance, looking somewhat impressed. "This place is huge!" he said, his tone in awe. Then again.. It was pretty big from the outside.

( Hope this is okay! ^ ^' )

Sukiko loved the silence. It was the perfect time to sit and relax. To read. She had no choice but to love the silence, because that was what she had to live with. She was a vampire. One that had been around for a long time. And after being around for so long, humans had begun to bore him. They were so predictable.

She sighed as she leaned back in his chair, flipping to the next page of one of her hundreds of books that lined the dusty and dark secret library in his mansion. she had lived in this mansion all her life, and had worked hard to ensure that every one thought it was haunted. And there was a good reason for this. If people thought the place was haunted, most people would stay away from it. No one would dare to try and sell the place or knock it down. But there would be those who were brave enough explore her lovely house, to see if it was in fact haunted. That's where his meals came from. It was a grantee that every weekend a group of kids were dared into exploring the place. They would come in through a conveniently busted window on the side of the house. They would always make the stupid mistake of splitting up, and then Sukiko would feast. She never killed any one, though. She had done enough killing and it was starting to weigh on her conscious.

A noise distracted Sukiko from her book. The sound of his front door opening. What the hell? No one ever came in through the front door. Or during the middle of the week. She stood up and walked across the room and put her book back where it blong. She smiled evilly as she thought of who it might be.

Ascadellia 09-10-2010 01:35 AM

Leo grinned lightly, stepping deeper into the house. The other two were a bit nervous, but they would do their job. Scanning the place, it certainly looked old enough. And very dusty. He stifled a sneeze, snorting somewhat to dispel the dust. "Ugh.. Could at least get a maid or something." he muttered, going toward what seemed to be the dining hall. These old places usually had the same layouts. And usually had secret passageways. Those he always loved to find. Since it was getting darker, as one of his partners took out some equipment to start setting it up in places, he took out his own camera, and the flashlight. "Alright. You two set up around here. I'll set this one with me and record, while I walk around and see if there's any hot spots." he said, grinning. He was excited.

The two simply nodded, knowing the drill by now. Leo was usually the one who scoped the place around, and they did all the other stuff that had the technical things. Since he usually didn't do so well with those things. Too complicated, and with his luck, it'd get broken. He was pretty sure he'd be fine. Ghosts couldn't Truly hurt him. At least... He really hoped so. As he walked down back down from the hallway, he looked around, smirking as he saw the stairs. Up the place would work. Those were usually hot spots. He had the camera rolling now, hopefully, it'd catch something. This was perfect. A huge old and possibly haunted home. He did love these places. Better these than the asylums. Those were always the worst. And he never did go back to one after that last time. He wasn't that good yet.

xxxxxxxxxxxxShe slowly let her feet touch the floor of her old house knowing where to step so her steps were completely silent. She smiled at herself as she thought of what this person could be like and how she missed the taste of blood. She stood at the banister and looked down, hiding completely in the shadows, to see it was not just one person. But three. Now this was great. Three people to feed from. If she could get them alone or asleep. But the one that intrigued her looked like the leader. Wow. Now that's a human, she thought as she looked down at him and watched him as he worked. She rested on the banister but when he started to walk around she stood up.

xxxxxxxxxxx"Why are they here?" she asked herself as she sighed. She ran her fingers through her short blond hair and she smiled. She wondered how she could get him into her secret room. She knew it had to be easy because that's was just like all the humans. Easy to get what ever you wanted from them. She just hoped it wasn't like the last time. The guy screamed in her face, punched her and broke his own hand before running for his dear life. She of course wasn't hurt but the fact that everyone started to come from then on just got annoying. Most of the time she didn't even bother leaving his room. She didn't feel it was worth it. But tonight it was different. It was around her feeding time and she was glad that she didn't have to leave this time to eat.

Ascadellia 09-10-2010 03:25 PM

As he looked around, he almost felt as he were being watched. He bit his lip, thinking about it before making his way up the stairs. So far, nothing was around. Maybe the thing wasn't working. Or perhaps it just wasn't dark enough and the ghosts or whatever didn't want to show up. Regardless of the reason, he knew there was something around. He shot the camera around, blinking as he saw very little heat signature. "Please show up?" he asked softly. Usually asking worked. Once he was up the stairs he looked down at the bottom and smirked. This was a pretty good birds eye view. He took out from the kit one of the small recording cameras and placed it down where it could get anything from the stairs down.

If anything other than them showed up, it'd hopefully catch some proof. Now that he did that, and secured the thing, he stepped back, brushing his hair away from his eyes. "Now, where was it the people wanted me to check?" he asked himself, almost sighing. Sadly they hadn't been very specific, so he had to go everywhere and check for hot spots. They hadn't even told him too many experiences. Usually, he'd avoid this type of house without any details. Now here he was. He shook his head, heading down one of the hallways that, he hoped, would lead to a bedroom where he could start to try and contact whatever was here. He knew there was something around. He just had to catch it and somehow record the voice.

Azmine 09-10-2010 06:33 PM

Sukiko froze slightly when she saw he was walking up the stairs. She stood there long enough to leave a slight heat signature but then was gone. She quickly and quietly ran across the floor towards her room. She couldn't believe that he was actually being bold. This was new for her and she wanted to see what he was going to do. She changed out of her sleeping cloths and put on a very old looking white dress. She made sure she looked okay and was about to do her hair but she head the door open and she bolted into the closet. She could feel his presence as he walked in the room. She'd never met such a human as he was turning out to be. She just couldn't believe it.

She could hear him talking to himself. She wanted to mess with his mind. She waited till he was a bit away from the door before she opened the closet door and moved faster then his eyes could keep track off to shut the door that was behind him. "Why have you entered my room without permission?" she asked him as she slowly started to take steps in his direction. She was hoping that he would back up away from her and onto the bed so she could get onto him and sink her teeth into his amazing neck. God the thought made her almost drool. She felt her stomach growl and she took her eyes off of him for a split second so she could just glare at it.

Ascadellia 09-10-2010 06:56 PM

He spotted a heat signature and grinned lightly. Perfect. So he was going in the right direction. His blue eyes took in the bedroom he had entered, stepping in some more. It was a nice enough room. He spotted some more heat signatures, but he was sure that wasn't anything new, since it didn't look humanesque. He heard the closet door open, so he glanced over to it, seeing it was now open. He blinked and smiled before he heard the door close on him. He jumped a little from surprise at the sudden voice behind him. "That... was faster than I thought." he muttered as he turned around to face the source. It was a female in old style clothing and looking pale. His eyes widened. She looked pretty solid, and now advancing toward him. He stepped back a little, blinking. "Your room?" he asked, a slight hint of excitement in his eyes. So she was dead?

He raised an eyebrow at her stomach rumbling. He narrowed his eyes a moment later. Dead people, especially ghosts never had stomachs rumbling. They were dead, after all. So that just meant that she was a human, and living. Something he didn't like was people messing with his work. And she didn't seem like a dead person. He suddenly poked her cheek, feeling that it was, in fact a person. Her skin was soft. "Well... This is a disappointment. Now the work is all gone to waste." he said, sounding ticked off. Everything was now obsolete. The thing he didn't get was, how did she move so fast. He backed up a little more, wariness now in his eyes. "Who are you?" It was interesting, since he'd never heard of anyone living here. Maybe it was her whom the reports were about.

Azmine 09-10-2010 08:15 PM

Sukiko almost bit his finger off when he touched her cheek. "Okay first THIS is my home and has been for the last hundred years thank you very much!" she yelled as she felt her face brighten with embarrassment. She hadn't let anyone in years even think of touching her face. She pushed him and he flew onto the bed. "Does my strength say I'm human?!" she asked angrily as she walked across the floor and got on top of his chest and glared down at him. "I've been living longer then there has been people here so I would like some respect here." she said getting really frazzled. No one had ever done this to her before and it was annoying.

"My name is Sukiko Ariminimoto. I would like you to call me your master if anything." she said as she watched his face. She held his arms down lightly to her but it pinned his arms down to the bed. She licked her lips slightly as she leaned in close to his neck. "Forgive my manors but you see I haven't eaten anything for a few years now and I'm quiet hungry. I hope you don't mind my rudeness but since you were so kind into insulting me I think I'll just take my meal." she said as she let her fangs grow out more as she softly bit his neck, first without her fangs just to let him know what she was about to do before she let her long white fangs sink into his soft flesh.

She couldn't help the soft gasp from the feel of his blood slipping from his neck and down her throat. It tasted like no other blood she'd tasted before and she couldn't help but to sink deeper to get it down her throat faster.

Ascadellia 09-10-2010 08:36 PM

His eyes widened as he heard her first words. What? If this was her home, then it made her old. She did not look much older than him. Now he was confused, but suddenly finding himself flying into the mattress rather harshly. The camera clattered onto the floor, since he'd lost the hold on it. He was briefly worried that it'd broken, since it was rather expensive. He let out a small grunt, his eyes now holding a little bit of fear. "I, i didn't know i-- What are you??" he asked, slight panic in his voice. He had cut off in the middle of his words, since he was very very, unsure how. This was rather bad. He would much rather prefer the ghost thing rather than something else. He still wasn't sure what she was but as she climbed on top of him, he grew a little more panicked, the camera forgotten. Her words after she said her name, and what she wanted him to call her made him forget his fear though. If only for a moment. He narrowed his eyes. No way in hell was he ever going to call someone 'master'. It went against everything he believed. He would have told her so, until he saw her lick her lips and say something about a meal. "Eat?" he asked, frowning before he almost cringed, a light tinge of red in his cheeks. She was very very close.

As she bit his neck, he winced from the sudden pain. What she was now very clear to him. A vampire. He hadn't thought of the chance of there being vampires. Ghosts, sure, but vampires? No way. This made him panic some more, his heart racing. She would probably kill him. His eyes watered a little as she sunk her teeth in deeper into his neck. It seriously hurt, since there was something In his neck, and taking his blood. "Ngh.." he muttered, biting his lip, trying to not struggle, since he had a feeling if he struggled, it'd go worse for him. He had the worst luck for some reason. Here he was, getting his blood sucked from him by a vampire girl. "Not so hard." he finally got out, frowning. Just because she was stronger than him didn't mean she could see him as a buffet.

Azmine 09-11-2010 08:45 PM

Sukiko could feel how his body was slowly starting to loss its blood and she had to force her head to lift up. She let her eyes travel down to his body and bit her finger. She let her blood spill over her finger and she then wiped it on the marks. She smiled as they started to disappear. "Then you shouldn't have really good tasting blood. And no, your not lucky enough to be killed by me. I don't want to have to deal with that kind of crap." she said as she brushed some of her hair out of her face. She smiled as she looked down at him. She felt so much better.

"I do hope that you guys leave soon. I would like to return to the book I was reading." she said as she stood over him before jumping to the floor and stretching." Its been ages...yeah, a long time since I've had such innocent tasting blood. I can't wait till I get to try out what I can do now." she said as she smiled happily and let her fingers run softly over her white skin.

Ascadellia 09-11-2010 09:03 PM

Leo rubbed his neck, where the previous wounds were. He looked up at her, slightly confused. She seemed to be in a much better mood now. And now he didn't have to explain about his bite marks to the others. He did feel slightly woozy though from the sudden blood-loss. "I think I'm pretty lucky to not get killed." he muttered, not enjoying the fact that he could have died. And the fact that his blood tasted so good to her was not very reassuring. Once she got off him, he sat up and raised an eyebrow. "Leave? Well.. I suppose we don't have anything else to do now." he said, thinking about it. There really was no reason to stay. Except for the fact that they did actually find something supernatural. Even if it wasn't a ghost. Her next remark caught him off guard.

"Innocent tasting blood? Is that the type you like?" he asked. He hadn't known there were that different tasting blood out there. To him, it just tasted like a coppery something. Not the most appetizing food. He shook his head, trying to shake off the wooziness before managing to stand up. "You can do more things when you intake different blood?" he knew he was asking a lot now, but he was curious. He'd never imagined that vampires were real, and now here one was. It was a chance he couldn't refuse. He wanted to know as much as he could. Well, for as long as she felt like replying. He wanted to comment on the fact that the house was really dusty, but for some reason, he felt that might get her to snap at him again.

Azmine 09-12-2010 05:28 PM

Sukiko just laughed. "Sorry, but I don't kill anyone. I wouldn't go that far. Just need blood." she said with a sigh as she turned away from him. She couldn't believe how many humans could be so dramatic. She turned an eye to him and she couldn't help a blush. At least he was cute. she thought to herself as she smiled. "Good~!" she said as she turned around and clapped her hands together. She felt a little pain in her chest and she wasn't sure what the pain was because of. Do I actually care....about being alone again... she asked herself as she looked down at him.

"Um, yeah. If I have blood from someone that's been drinking all their life then it will taste horrible. Same thing with smoking and other drugs like that. It will taste like that in the blood and its grouse." she said as she ran her fingers slightly through her hair and put her right hand on her hip. "And that effect that people get I get from their blood. That's what I mean by it. And I've never had pure innocent blood before. So I'm just wondering what effect it will have on me." she said with a small smile. "You probably shouldn't walk around for a bit." she said as she pushed him down on the bed, gentler this time. "I'll help you down if you want but you better eat something." she said as she turned. "I-I'd offer you something...but I haven't had a scrap of food in this house since the last servant died...." she said as she watched him.

Ascadellia 09-12-2010 05:42 PM

Leo almost smiled, giving a small nod. So not all vampires liked to kill people just for their blood. That was very good to know. Not that he was planning on meeting more. He'd lucked out this time. His eyes moved to the camera on the floor. The thing had closed, so he wasn't sure if it was still running or not. Did he even want it on? He might have to delete the memory. Somehow, he didn't want this to get out. As she turned around his eyes snapped back to her, almost nodding again. "Sorry about intruding." he said. He felt a little bad for having come into her house. Granted they hadn't known anyone had still lived here. It was then that he realized that he had not even introduced himself. "Oh. Um, my name is Leonardo Grey. Leo is fine." he said, smirking a little. He usually never went by his given name, since it sounded so odd.

He tilted his head. "Hopefully it won't do anything bad. But, I would have thought the innocent blood would have been more common in the older days." he said, looking confused. Since morals were higher back then. He let her push him down, not bothering to argue with her since, she was probably right. And he did feel a little wobbly. This was why he never wanted to donate blood. It left you all weak kneed and everything. At least he hadn't fainted. "Food? Ah, I have some snacks." he said, smiling a little as he reached into his tool kit and took out some rock candy. He wasn't too fond of chocolate, preferring the sugar the rock candy offered. It lasted longer too. He popped a few his mouth. "Unless you mean actual food." he said, looking slightly doubtful. "When was that?" he asked, meaning her last servant.

Azmine 09-12-2010 07:20 PM

Sukiko smiled happily. "Well you already know my name." she as she sat down on the bed closer to the pillows. She grabbed a rather warn out light purple bear and sat it in her lap. It had a tattered bow wrapped around his neck. She held it in her lap protectively. It was something she got from her lost love. But she would eventually find that vampire who would date her and marry her. She looked up at him and at the candy in his hand. "W-what's that? I've never seen anything like that before." she said as she moved a bit closer and stared at it curiously.

That curiosity of her is what got her into this situation in the beginning. She' been curious about this new man that came into town and he'd turned out to be a rather bad, and viscous man who ended up stabbing her in the back and doing unmentionable things to her body. She'd laid in the dirt, her blood splattered all around her as she looked up at the stars wondering if this was going to be the end. She was found by an old vampire family. They thought a beauty like hers would have been horrible to waist and they turned her. They had worried for her during the changing because she'd gotten sick, unlike any other vampire had but after she got through they found she was special and made her the lord of the castle she now laid in.

She brushed those thoughts away. "You would be wrong about that. There might have been plenty of mortals but they all drunk if secrete if they had to. I only found that children were the ones that didn't get into it. But I would never be able to drink from them." he said as she rubbed under her nose a bit. She sighed as she looked up at him. "I found it was very rare to find someone that didn't taste like alcohol." she said as she laid back onto the pillows that were around her back. "The last person that I had here that served me.....was about...four hundred years ago...maybe longer. I lost track." she said with a soft giggle.

Ascadellia 09-12-2010 07:42 PM

Leo nodded before he watched her. He still could not figure out how to pronounce her last name. So he wouldn't even bother with it. Nor was he going to call her master. Or mistress. He looked at the plushie she was holding. It was rather old looking, but it was still in one piece, so it meant that it'd been taken care of. It seemed that the bear was something important to her. She almost looked childish holding it like that. To reply to her question, he smirked, glancing up at her eyes. "It's candy. Rock candy to be specific. Not real rocks of course, but they're made of sugar." he said before he offered her two of the crystals. "Would you like one?" he asked, unsure if she would be able to even eat the stuff. Maybe that helped his blood. It could be sweet since, he was fond of the sugar. He took the small package and popped some more in his mouth, still holding out his hand for her. She seemed to have been in thought about something before she snapped out of it, answering his other questions.

He bit his lip a little, thinking about what she'd said. "That's odd. Well, these days, there are a bit more adults that don't drink alcohol or do anything that may harm them. Though it'd be hard to find." he said. It was nice of her, not to get the children as well. She wasn't as cranky as earlier either. That was good. He looked at her face, raising an eyebrow. She definitely didn't look that old. He looked her over and raised an eyebrow. "Well.. You do seem younger. I take it it's true that vampires don't age." he said. He had to wonder when the last time she had fed was. And the fact that she hadn't had a servant in over that long would explain the whole dustiness and uncleanliness. That reminded him of his partners. His eyes widened a little, trying to listen in and see if there could be anything heard from down stairs. "How big is this house?" he asked, giving up when he didn't hear anything.

Azmine 09-19-2010 01:23 PM

Sukiko moved closer to his hand. She looked at the sparkly candy not really paying any attention anything other then what was in his hand. And it wasn't like she couldn't eat the food. She just didn't have the need to eat food every day like humans. She needed blood once in a while though. That was the thing that kept her good and healthy cause even a vampire could get sick. She took it out of his hand and let it slip off her hand and into her mouth. Her face lit up as she felt it pop in her mouth. She blushed a little and smiled. "Its good." she said as she felt her lips a little. "Its popping in my mouth." she said smiling happily.

She let her eyes slip open when she heard him mention vampires don't age. And that was technically true, on some occasions only though. "Well, your mostly true actually. If a vampire stays in hiding and away from all human contact unless to feed or they come into the vampires home then yes. The stay the same age. But if a vampire decides to go out into the world they do tend to age into their later twenties but then they stop. They wouldn't want to stay in elementary school their hole life." she said with a soft giggle. And since she had staid in the house she had staid her younger age. She stretched out a bit and then shrugged to his next question.

"You can't here much from in my bed room to tell you the truth. I have it hidden a bit away from wondering eyes. You were just lucky I didn't hide it. Of course I wouldn't have because I wouldn't have missed out on a chance to have something to drink but you get it. I have sound proofing on my walls in only this room. Some directer of some kind came here once to do a movie and he was finished with fixing up my room before I popped in and gave him a spook to leave. I think he made a movie based on me, something about Dracula."
she said hoping she had gotten the name right. She let her fingers run over her chin as she just tried to think of what the man had look like. When she couldn't she just shrugged it off and smiled.

Ascadellia 09-19-2010 08:46 PM

Leo let her take the candy, watching her curiously as she let the crystals drop in her mouth. He smiled a little, almost chuckling. It was almost cute. So vampires really could eat other food. That was good to know. "Well, there you go." he said, smirking. "You now know the wonders of rock candy." he said, popping some more in his mouth. They did bring back some energy to his body. He was still a little faint, so that sort of sucked. He just had to hope that the other two wouldn't come up here. That would be bad, since they would find him, not only slacking off, but with a girl that really was not supposed to be there. He would have a lot of explaining to do. And he would have to leave sooner. Something he didn't find so appealing for some reason. He wanted to ask her more questions.

He cocked his head to the left, listening to her explaining. "Hm, I guess you're right about that. People might get too suspicious." he said, looking her over before almost smirking, a somewhat light smile in place. "So I take it you haven't been out much if at all. You look rather young." he commented. If he hadn't known any better he would have pegged her for her very early twenties. She was a cute one too. Lucky for her not to age that much. Normal humans would kill for that. "So what else can you do?" he asked curiously, eying her. He was wondering if any other vampire myths were true or not.

He perked up a little as she told him the bedroom was soundproof. That would be a relief. He had wondered why it was that the others hadn't come in when she had yelled at him. And their talking, since the place was so quiet at times. He had to wonder if she liked this sort of silence."How exactly do you hide it? I mean, use some form of cloaking or something?" His eyes lit up a little at her saying the information about the movie Dracula. So she had been the inspiration of it? That was something new. He smirked a little. "Well. Maybe they should have made the lead a female. They usually do Dracula as a guy. And surround him with a lot of women." he said, shrugging lightly. Some of them were good movies, but others were bad. He was pretty sure some vampires would either be laughing at their interpretation of vampires.

Azmine 09-20-2010 09:44 PM

Sukiko was still amazed by the ponderous candy to care about the comments he was saying. He let herself just relax for the first time ever near a human. That wasn't something most vampires thought wise but she didn't care at the moment. She moved a bit closer but froze when he asked her what else she could do. "Now don't you think your asking some really good questions that could land you into a lot of trouble with the wrong people?" she asked as she moved back a bit. Now she wasn't sure what he was. Maybe he was a new hunter that wanted to know what he had to protect himself against vampires. But his blood was to innocent for that but then again they could be getting tricky. "What are you doing here anyway?" she asked as she moved a bit away from him and more onto the pillows no longer relaxed as she was before.

"And no, i haven't. I rather like keeping my house and if I would have left then someone might have taken it for themselves and I would not have stood for that." she said as she held her plushy closer to her body. She for some reason couldn't stay tense around him. Maybe it was the fact his blood just made her relax. She hated when she wasn't able to control her own body. It just meant that if something really did happen then she would have a rough time fighting it off.

(sorry for the shortness)

Ascadellia 09-20-2010 11:03 PM

Leo blinked somewhat before he shook his head. "Just asking.." he muttered. It wasn't like she couldn't refuse to answer. She also seemed to tense around him now. He didn't know if he had somehow gotten her suspicious or uncomfortable. Either way he sighed, shaking his head. "Well, sorry if I asked bad questions. It's in my nature, since I've always been so curious about such things.." he said, smiling softly, trying to show her he meant no harm. "As for what I am doing here. I was hired to try and figure out if the place was haunted. So, here we are. But since it is obviously not haunted. I suppose we'll be leaving you alone now." he said, a little bit of disappointment laced in his voice. He was almost thinking about lying and saying the they had to take the whole weekend exploring and investigating, but he was sure that would just tick her off to no extent. Since he now knew the truth.

He smirked a little, listening to her next words. He was surprised and a little amused. That meant that she hadn't even gone outside or anything. And it also explained everything else. "Well, didn't have to move so far, just visit outside or something." he said, giving a small shrug. it was a rather nice house however, so he did understand why she was so defensive of it. "As for the house being taken away, everyone thinks this place is uninhabitable, so you have nothing to worry about. Except for other people wanting to remove the house. Need someone to cover the house, almost as if it's theirs and then people will leave it alone." he advised. It happened all the time really. In fact. Some people were talking about selling the house, since it was a very good plot of land, and the house wasn't so bad.

( It's alright. :3 Mine aren't too long. X3; )

She sighed softly as she ran her fingers through her hair. "I'm just so used to people in the old days asking that and then attacking me with a stake so that they could get my creators head to show off to the other hunters head." she said as she looked up at him with a bit of sadness in her eyes but she quickly hid that and then nuzzled the plushie in her arms. "But still. You never know what people are." she said softly then looked up when he said they wanted to remove her house.

"Oh, no they wont~!" she said as she stood up and moved off the bed. She stopped at the door and looked at him. "Well don't just sit there. I'm not leaving you in my room by yourself. I'm not stupid. Your a man and you don't think that you will be staying in a ladies room, by yourself." she said as she looked at him almost like he'd insulted her. "I'm going to make myself known so that I will be able to protect my house but I will need your help." she told him.

Leo shook his head, offering her a smirk. He did feel bad for her, since she must have been through a lot. "Well. I'm not anything other than, well.. Myself. I don't think I'd be sneaky enough to hunt down vampires. Usually have something happen." he said, looking somewhat amused before he finished off the candy. He did feel much better now. Not that he was very fond of getting his blood drawn from him. But, it did help the girl, so he supposed that was fair enough. His mouth opened a little in surprise before he nodded, standing up. As he brushed himself off, he raised an eyebrow. She was going out now? He'd thought she had wanted them to just leave. Maybe he had pushed another touchy subject.

"Um.. Alright?" It came out more like a question, as he was looking somewhat confused. Both by her question, and by what she had said about staying alone in the room. Wasn't it the other way around? Alone with a lady in a room was worse, wasn't it? He sighed somewhat. Not like he was going to do anything like that. He was not that type of guy. "How exactly are you going to do that? And, how do I come into this?" he asked, blinking a little as he ran a hand through his hair. It was completely not the time to do this sort of thing. It was late. Very late. He took out his cell phone and blinked a little. It was only three am.

Sukiko blinked a few times when he brought out his phone. She moved closer and poked at the side of it. "What is that?" she asked curiously as she let her eyes move up to meet his. "I-I'm embarrassed to say..." she started as she quickly forgot her curiosity and moved away from him and blushed a bit. "I have no idea how this time works. And while I might have lots of money...I just don't know how I would go about using it or even finding out how to save my beautiful home...I don't want to lose the last thing I ever got from my parents." she told him as she fidgeted back and forth slowly. She brushed some of her hair out of her face as she tried to calm herself down so her blushing would stop.

She thought of the two elder vampires who had chosen to live their lives outside the house she boarded herself up into. She wasn't even sure why she was trusting this human to even help her. But she could tell from the way his blood tasted that he wasn't the deceiving type. That he might be willing to help someone in need and she felt like she was in need. She was at a huge disadvantage not knowing how this time worked and what not. She wasn't sure if they still used carriage or if they found a new way to move about. She couldn't help but to turn and look back at him. "Please." he almost sounded like she was begging him for his help. She, of course, would admit it if anyone ever asked about this again but she couldn't help it.

Leo didn't move until she had stepped away from him again, in fear of startling her. He had had a feeling she wouldn't know what the phone was. He smiled a little and tapped the phone lightly on the screen. "This is a cell phone. It's useful if you wish to communicate with others in a time of need. Of course, they also have to have one. It is also somewhat of a watch. Or clock. Or, a time keeper." he said, trying to rephrase his words into what she may be able to understand. He gave a small nod at her words, his mind racing to figure out a way to do this. It would prove to be a little hard. His eyes inspected her appearance before shaking his head. She was too out of place right now. They would be caught right off if she didn't know anything of today's fashion. He'd have to take her out shopping or something when the sun went down.

She was even asking him, he wasn't going to refuse, but this just made him iron cast his decision. "First thing first." he started, motioning to her clothes. It was too old fashioned. "You need a wardrobe update. And we cannot do anything right now, as it is late." he advised. They could try and pull off the whole, she wanted to buy the house trick. "Well. If you want, the only thing I can think of is if you appeared as a new buyer in a few days, as nobody is going to think you're the real owner. You can buy the land, as it will be cheap. I'll fake the results of tonight and make it so it seems the place is really haunted." he offered. Sometimes homes lost the value if something was wrong with it. And she knew it was not haunted, so it would work. Hopefully she approved of the idea. "And, you need to learn a bit more about this time." he added as an afterthought.
