My daughter is a brat when it comes to food. She's old enough to make most of her things herself and she usually does. But she makes her snacks to close to dinner.

one of my son's friends came to my house after school because his folks weren't home and had asked me to watch him. anyway, he was going on and on about how hungry he was and how he always gets a snack when he gets home from school. well, we don't have snacks. we don't do the whole snack thing. so when his folks got home I told them I was sorry I didn't have anything to give him for a snack. the mom took one look at the boy, shook her head and said they never have after-school snacks either because they usually have dinner at 4:30 and the boy gets home from a school at about 3:30 and can wait an hour to eat. little con-artist!!

sorry, I had to take a nap. I was just SO tired!! I had the oddest dream. basically it gets to the point where we are in this place, like a library or something but huge. there are 5 other people there and we feel, no, we KNOW, some people are coming to destroy us. so we spend the next hour or less frantically trying to set up an area where we should be safe enough to battle them off. then the people begin to file in and it turns out THEY are the good guys and we are the demons!! 2 of us get killed off before we could get them all to leave, but I spent almost the entire "fight" just stunned that I'm actually evil. it was really strange. |

*gets out note pad * Interesting. and how do you feel about your mother? jk. XD I had a strange dream not to long ago too as well. I'm sure it has to do with me trying to talk to my reptilian ancestors, and the cold medication I took. But it was weird none the less. I was in this old looking town square at night. People were all circling this large round stone fountain. It was a beautiful calm feeling. It was almost like a folk dance, but there wasn't any music and they looked like they were in a trance. I made my way threw the people to the center part of the fountain where 3 men in old gladiator dress were waiting for me. They were posed in a strange way. Like they were statues almost. The water came up to their knees. They broke their pose and pointed up and said "That's not a she owl." The town was then wraped in a bright light. Like a helicopter was shining down super bright lights. The water started to rise out of the ground around the fountain and all threw out the town. The dancing people never stopped dancing till they drowned. The three men rose with the water towards the light, but I didn't. I watched them rise up to the light from below, under the water. The one that was posed in the middle before looked down at me and broke threw the water with his hand. When he put his hand in the water it transformed to a sort of claw like red dragon hand. It scared me, but I felt like my chest was going to explode from the water pressure. He put his face in the water and it changed his face too. In my head he told me to not be so stubborn and go with him. (I've been sick lately with lot of gross mucus) It made me mad that he called me stubborn when he didn't even know me. I grabbed the claw with intentions of dragging him down with me. But I felt lifted up. Which was when I woke up coughing up gross thick stuff. Being sick sucks. :P |
That first part of the dream made me giggle so much and I don't know why Neph xD

meh, that makes me want to cough up phlegm Neph! I don't know why, it just does.
and I feel okay about my mother ...:cry: she wasn't there for me as a child! :cry: I KNOW! I'm so excited! just another week! ... and it was put out in the local paper that the town will be celebrating Halloween on the 30th because the actual day is The Lord's Day ... and the next day is school ... I feel like I'm 5 and being told what to do! I wonder if anybody will have Halloween on the 31st here anyway ... |

have you ever really looked up the word "pagan" in the dictionary? basically it's any religion that doesn't worship God in the christian/catholic way. it doesn't have to have anything to do with the devil at all. so many people are so stupid. just because it's a religion that is different does not make it evil! *throws corn stalks at the stupid people*
I never really have it in me to really scare kids. I like to goof them sometimes by sneaking up behind them and then grabbing them and yelling "BAHHHAAAAA!" but that is about it. |
Nothing about that here this year. They tried something like that before but people didn't listen so I guess they figured out not to waste tax dollars on it. |
yeah, I was wondering myself how many houses would have Halloween on the 31st anyway ... but stuff like the haunted house at the high school will be on Saturday and that is where we spent most of our time last year.
