I still don't know how the shipwreck worked. I missed the event, therefore all of the items, so I don't know how they were obtained.

Well, I guess I should of joined back in early 2009. :S Oh well, at least I enjoyed Menewsha while I can. I mean I can still enjoy Menewsha, but it will be harder for me to get event items. :S Oh well, At least I will enjoy my time here until the site is gone. :(

I won't leave, because I only unofficially left one site because it went down the tubes. :( I think I'll donate soon, but I am waiting for the new CIs to come out before I.

I believe it was just the squid hats and ship hats. I got ship hats from participating, and I think squid hats were given for chatting in a thread or something. Not sure. And charities and contests were donated squid hats to be given away.

No, not closing. Seems to me they are just having a rough time right now. What we need is more people donating. I mean, we seriously need to do SOMETHING to help.

I don't think Menewsha is going anywhere, but the economy isn't getting better and Avatar sites can't get small business loans. :cry: The site that is going down the tubes is a pet site I once played, now their down to 500 members. When the original owner owned the site, it was over 5,000 members. :)

No, long term. The contest brings members, in turn bringing more donations. Thats why I supported Vixen and Logan. Their threads combined offer a chance for our new members to establish themselves nicely, therefore making it more likely these new members will stay. If Mene turns around and puts out two amazing CIs for October, I guarantee they will suddenly get a nice chunk of donations. Quite possibly even surpassing September, or August.

EDIT: The main issue with this month was the CIs really aren't that appealing.

well I got 2 new members with it but they didnt know they did not need to register to click the button lol
